First impression: this office was classy and regal. Loved the windows/ glass door rooms with dark wood furniture etc. House buying is stressful and until the last minute your freaking out if you will get a loan or not. John Hume helped us at Novar. He was looking professional in his suit and tie but most importantly he seemed like he had a ton of experience doing what he did. He had a calm demeanor and explained each and every paper (like 200 pages) of our loan, taxs, property etc.
I felt like we were signing our life away because there were signatures required as well as initials etc. He would check over each page as soon as we signed so there was no mistake. I liked how he was so articulate.
