Sellhorst should understand that REPEAT customers or long-term customers have already established trust. NEW customers have NO basis to gauge their trustworthiness and therefore may be doubtful, inquisitive, and less trusting like me. When is the last time you, or anyone you know, walked into a dealership and trusted EVERYTHING the salesman said because after all, they were the HOMETOWN dealership and they would NEVER be deceitful? How ludicrous is the notion but that is how this business came across when I called to express a few concerns after the install. Luckily, all was resolved but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Price = Cheap Equipment = Excellent Smartphone Technology = Excellent Customer Service = Meh I've experienced better. We rented 160 chairs for the wedding and reception, and 15 round tables (for dinner) and 4 rectangular banquet sized tables (for the wedding party) at the reception. We also had some specialty tables we rented for the popcorn buffet, wedding book signing, candy station, and a few other shaker tables for the cake cutting, photo booth props, and DJ area. We had a wedding planner that did all the ordering of rentals for us and the pickup of all items (and transfer of 160 chairs to the reception venue!). If we didn't have our planner there to help us do all that, I think renting all the items we did would be a disaster to manage. So definitely talk to someone about help with all that and don't try to do it alone. The tables and chairs were pretty good quality, but some did come scratched or a little bit older. We covered the tables with tablecloths, though, so it wasn't a huge deal. United Rent All were a solid choice with many options to choose from, but just temper your expectations on quality as these items get rented out over and over again!
