The place is hard to find because Google Maps places it incorrectly. It's right next to the Breakfast Club on the plaza. When I arrived and checked in - appointment started on time. She took care of the tooth filling and recommended dental cleaning as well with the follow-up booking. Dental cleaning was done professionally and on -time.

Especially expats will appreciate their understanding of service. The other dentists in the area have no clue and should move to another area of the city where people don't care for service.

Basically Lassus Dentists don't have any refund policy (in my case). Last time I went there and get…read moremy broken retainer fixed, but it broken again within a week. So, I asked them can I get a refund, but no one able to give me any answer. Just said that the dentist don't see anything went wrong, so (I guess) I will not get refund. Since then I always remember being nervous going to dentists or anything related to it. But since i got my braces done here, I've had such a blast every time I visit my orthodontist. And when I needed a dental implant, I decided to book my appointment here as well. The slowly I also change my dentist to this location. They have two locations. One in Keizersgracht and it is like the Apple Store of Dentistry. Free wifi along with iPads and iMacs for the guests to use. Everyone is extremely friendly and I was talked down to like most of my experience with dentists. The other location is their original location on Lassusstraat. And it's a cozy location also with wifi minutes the iPads and iMacs. My experience here has been wonderful. I can't imagine going anywhere else for any dental care. I'm not commissioned to write this glowing review. I'm just extremely pleased with all the services they've provided. During all my treatments they always keep me informed of what to expect and what they do to my teeth. I'm one of those patients that always want to know when something is done to my body and why things are done certain ways. And they're so informative and always helpful. Seriously, I'm glad I found them. I owe my smile to them. ;-)

While the whole world is making it easier…read morefor customers to handle bills by electronic submission, this dentist asks their clients to their administration for them by taking pictures of the bills and submitting it themselves. The argument they made is that it is cheaper for them, because it costs one Euro per submission. In the process, the problem is now on the customers plate and my case, my time is more valuable than ONE Euro. The customer now has to do all the work to submit and track the submission, if they can even remember what was what, because... the customer happens not to be a bookkeeper. It should not be the customers job to handle billing processes. Not in 2018. This is backwards. Stop printing and picture taking. Save the trees, save the clients and make them smile again. Amazing how shortsighted and un-customer friendly this is. For a Euro !!! At then least show me that Euro discount on my bill.

I came here two years ago and later decided to find another dentist, because I was not really feeling the service. Something seam kind of off to me about this dentist. Plus I was not really believing that the dentist was from New York, because his English was far from fluent to me, and his prices were not so accurate as Dutch protocol, but maybe that was just my personal experience. However, if you don't have another option, then go for it, but i would look a little bit further first. I guess on the bright side they take appointments in the evening and Saturdays, if your mornings or afternoons are not possible. Happy I toke another route, because my new dentist is so on point.

This has been my dentist for nearly three years now. I have a serious problem with the sound of the…read morecleaning pic and they always try to make the experience not so bad for me - either with music, by being quick and/or turning the sound down as much as possible. They are also sensitive to how expensive x-rays are and don't order them unnecessarily. They have even spaced them out for me (one set this visit, the other next time) so I don't end up having to eat rice and beans for a month because I spent all my money at the dentist. They bill my insurance company so it's simple and easy. They send appointment reminders via email and text. They are open after 5pm for those of us who work. In short, I am really happy here and hope anyone looking for a dentist will consider them.
