Here's why:…read more- it's clean, modern - on time, didn't have to wait long - the dentist (dr. deVries) communicates clearly and explains what he's doing while fixing things in your mouth. It's very reassuring and good to know! - everyone there is really nice - dental hygienist Alan is great - they're open late! I was pleasantly surprise to find out that they have appointments late up to 8pm I think. - they call to remind you before the appointment - easy central location at the top of Vondelpark by the ClubMed office. - cool photos on the wall :) I've gone here about 3 times now and it's been a consistently good experience.

So, I asked them can I get a refund, but no one able to give me any answer. Just said that the dentist don't see anything went wrong, so (I guess) I will not get refund. Since then I always remember being nervous going to dentists or anything related to it. But since i got my braces done here, I've had such a blast every time I visit my orthodontist. And when I needed a dental implant, I decided to book my appointment here as well. The slowly I also change my dentist to this location. They have two locations. One in Keizersgracht and it is like the Apple Store of Dentistry. Free wifi along with iPads and iMacs for the guests to use. Everyone is extremely friendly and I was talked down to like most of my experience with dentists. The other location is their original location on Lassusstraat. And it's a cozy location also with wifi minutes the iPads and iMacs. My experience here has been wonderful. I can't imagine going anywhere else for any dental care. I'm not commissioned to write this glowing review. I'm just extremely pleased with all the services they've provided. During all my treatments they always keep me informed of what to expect and what they do to my teeth. I'm one of those patients that always want to know when something is done to my body and why things are done certain ways. And they're so informative and always helpful. Seriously, I'm glad I found them. I owe my smile to them. ;-)

I think i may have finally stumbled across a dentist that actually knows what they are doing in my mouth. Hopefully this dentist will be a keeper for good. The office is beautiful, very modern, great equipment. You get the feeling immediately that the doctors are professional and have put time and money into their practice - a great sign. From the first time you call to make an appointment, you're greeted with professionalism and kindness. By far, Amsterdam's best dentist office! The staff here are great. Dr. Igor is great. The front door is beautiful, with its ornate design. But the inside is very impressive. The most modern space in Amsterdam. Two floors (maybe more) of HIGH tech exam rooms. I have had only good experiences here, but I have not yet had major work. I do know that everyone who works here are very professional, very friendly, not annoying and even have a sense of humor. They all speak English as well. Their website is also top-shelf, easy to make appointments too. I know this is a bit weird, but I really loved my dentists in America, so finding a good dentist here is important. The one possible downside here is you don't have that one Dentist (owner of the practice) who you see each time and have a relationship with, but perhaps this will happen after a few visits. I've only been here a year.

The people at the front desk were friendly, efficient and well informed. All the people I met were friendly. The dentist performed his assessment and assailed me with what I needed done all in a highly professional concerned manner. Everyone save the people at the front desk was dressed in hospital white, very professional looking. In a relatively short time they'd already planned what needed to be done to get my teeth to the proper level of care in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend these guys based on friendliness, appearance, efficiency and professionalism. Starting around 14:00 the dentist repaired or replaced a couple of fillings, did a root canal on one of my teeth and prepared one of my teeth for a crown with a one hour break at 16:00 to make the crown. I went back at 17:00 and by 17:30 the crown was inserted and I was done and good to go with a little swelling and some mild to be expected pain. No pain pills were required for aftermath pain. I walked home only slightly woozy but all in all good and none the worse for the wear. Impressive.
