She applauded my efforts to begin changing his diet, and just made a few tweaks. Never once did she offer medical advise, which so many people try to do even if they aren't a vet. She has been very communicative from the first moment I inquired about her services. She followed up with an email about what she recommended to change as well as add on. The only negative feedback I would have is not being fully ready for our appointment and going over in time. The appointment slot is for 30 minutes, and anything over you get charged for. I don't believe 30 minutes is enough time to discuss a good nutritional plan especially when I didn't ask many questions. When we jumped on the call, she was asking questions that, I felt, weren't really relevant to the service she was providing, which could have made the time run over as well. Definitely looking forward to continuing working with Alex. She didn't talk over you or over your head.
