That being said, I have to say this was the best Doctor's visit I've ever had, by far! Dr. Tracy Schulsinger really took the time to go over in detail, any concerns/needs/questions, etc., that I had & provided explanations & resources accordingly. I left feeling I had gained a ton of information- without feeling overwhelmed, and Hopeful- with a solid plan going forward. It was his bridal package that drew me in, but it was his attention to detail, his commitment to my journey, and his approachable nature that made me feel listened to, understood and supported while I worked one-on-one with him to drop weight (hey, the stress of the dress is a real thing!). While we were working on a tight deadline for short-term weight loss, I would recommend anyone with health and fitness goals to set up a time to meet with Matt. He's very communicative and responsive in email communications when you're his client, and he makes you feel like your time with him is his utmost priority. I've worked with personal trainers, coaches, and nutritionists in the past - none were as knowledgeable and willing to spend time explaining things like Matt was. He's also always smiling, always happy to see you. Greets you by name and isn't pushy for you to upgrade or buy products off the shelves, though he carries a really great selection in his store. Matt and Colorado Nutrition is as a good as it gets in this day and age of retail chains and Amazon prime shipping. Nothing beats the personal touch!

The presentation was well presented and even spoke to those with diabetics which my wife has. Some benefits were addressed such as a possible side beneft of weight loss, but that was not emphized. The benefit in that area with a proper diet along with the nutritional and minerals supplements might lead to waist size reduction. We were somwhat reluctant to sign up due to the cost, but decided to do so. As the spouse I would also get a free six month supply of the nutritional supplements and minerals. For me I did not need to lose weight, but after 30 to 60 days I did lose maybe 5 pounds and my waist size went from about 35 inches to 33 inches. In addition several years ago I was diagosed with Afib, congestive heart failure and COPD. The heart doctor currently has me on some six Rx drugs, These Rx drugs had caused constant diarrhea and the doctor said it was something I had to live with. After taking the nutriants for 30 to 60 days, I woke up one morning and the diarrhea was gone and has not come back. Afetr finishing the six month program it was suggested i address the RX drugs I am on to see if the drug dosages can be reduced or in some cases eliminated. So lets say I am pleased with the program and certainly would recommend the program to anyone looking to improve their health and well being. Lewis Nagler Green valley AZ

I think we are living in a world where people like to talk and often only listen for their turn to talk. Dr John will actually truly listen to you. He will listen to you speak and he will listen to you intuitively. He will discern angles emotionally and spiritually you have not considered. I really love this whole person approach to healing he implements. Last winter I was walking my dog and fell on ice and seriously messed up my left arm so bad I could not work and I could barely just get through the day because of the pain and because my arm was just dangling by my side. I had to lift it with my other hand. Dr John worked with me over the course of two months and I was good as new without any drugs or surgery. I have recommended several of my friends and clients go see him with many different painful issues and they all come back to me happy with the results and no longer in pain. Its also not just his work that is testament to his passion for helping others. Dr John does interesting projects, continuing education, volunteer work and is clearly constantly learning and giving. To me this is the hallmark of a true healer. Im grateful to have Dr John in our little community. We all benefit from his presence as he improves the quality of life for many.

My back has had a flare up similar to three years ago except now I'm in Sacramento and am having a hard time finding a chiropractor as holistic and comprehensive as Dr.John. He spent (the normal chiro-limited time) fully engaged with many adjustments related to the pain as it moved and something I have yet to experience again he did a variety of muscle strengthening exercises that I know helped me recover. He offered lots of things for me to do at home and I wish I could find someone half as good here.

Before seeing Dr. Cropley, I struggled with motivation to exercise daily and I was viciously self-critical on days when I didn't exercise. This cycle served to make my body stiffer and me less motivated because I wasn't seeing the changes I wanted to see in my body. Since starting individual and group sessions with Dr. Cropley, I have been exercising almost daily and I am no longer on autopilot - I'm in my body, meeting my edge during exercise and showing up to have the relationship with myself that I've desired all along. Speaking of, my relationship to myself has changed since starting work with Dr. Cropley; my inner monologue is kinder and more compassionate, and I have the tools to work with discomfort and procrastination. Dr. Cropley's teachings of kindness and personal honesty are something I didn't know was missing from my daily routine until I found them; the importance of loving yourself only becomes apparent once you look back and notice its absence.
