I decided to use Options after reading all the good reviews ..... turned out to be a waste of money…read moreand time ! Went in for the first consultation, great sales pitch, great energy. I ended up signing us for a program that had 4 months of medical visits and medication, nutritionist visits and B12 shots. Had to pay $1,500 up front for all that. The First visit with the nurse practitioner was great, she was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and started me on meds. To my surprise, I had to pay for the meds even though I was told that it was included. Another $50. Then the nutritionist consultation came. Little did I know that instead of getting a nutritionist consultation where they explain to you the do's and don'ts, I got a meeting with a snack sales person. The whole nutrition advice is based on a book that only uses their products. So, I had to come up with more money in order to get the food that the "nutritionist" said I had to eat. About $200 for 2 weeks. The "nutritionist" was not able to answer any of my questions regarding the food that I can purchase outside of Options, she kept answering text messages while I was talking. The scale that they used was not balanced and I don't think it was accurate. Went to the second session thinking that maybe the first one was a mishap. Nope ! The same thing happened. She kept answering text messages, sold more products, I think they got commission for sales. After the second session, I called them and asked for my money back (or what was left). The manager said she cannot refund me anything, it's either use it or lose it. She ended up changing the nutritionist. The new one, Kyle, was very knowledgeable and gave me a few great suggestions but still .......sold their product. I felt like this program is meant to get you in with wonderful sales pitches, take your money and then treat you like shit after you sign in. After I gave up the nutritionist consultation, I had about 12 left, they converted that into 3 medical visits for meds. When the time came for the visit (all virtual), I didn't get a link to the meeting or a phone call. They forgot. I requested for a refund (again). No follow up yet. All and all, a rip off program. Didn't help me loose weight, they pushed a lot of sweet snacks and my sugar level was through the roof. Not sure if this review will get published or they will end us taking it down but I do hope that someone will read it and it will help them save $.

The PA is wonderful and the girl that gives you the injections is great but I think if your going to deal with mostly women I think you should have more than one female coach. I also had an appointment the other day and was not texted that the female coach was not in so I had really no choice I have to go back because they did'nt let me know. Instead of laying off the one with an attitude they got rid of the good coaches you can tell not a happy customer.

Of course, every day it's hard. I would battle to not eat carbs and more carbs. Sticking to eating a certain amount of calories, eating their product and increasing water was SO hard at first. After the first week and down 8 lbs I knew I wasn't going to give up. After a while I slipped on and off the diet but again 4 weeks ago decided to do it 100 percent in. The numbers only tell part of the Results 22 story. On April 14, 2016 I weighed in at Results 22…read more(Glenview) at 241 lbs. with a 42" waist. I'm 5'9" and 62 years old. I had given up on losing weight (I tried - and failed at - WeightWatchers, Lose It, South Beach, the Daniel Plan, etc. etc.) and resolved myself to go into old age overweight but happy...or so I thought. Today, after just 19 weeks, I reached my weight loss goal through Results 22 and Ideal Protein. I weigh 172 lbs. and have a 33" waist. (That's a 69-lb weight loss.) Thank you Ed, Colleen, and the rest of the Results 22 team. You're incredible! My journey began when my cardiologist told me about Results 22. "I don't know much about the plan," he told me during my annual checkup in April, "but I've had several patients come back after the program and i don't recognize them. It's 100% effective. Check it out." So, I did at a very low-pressure Monday night information session. The essence of the program is that you use three Ideal Protein 'meals' (e.g. a bar or drink or chips or..) and one 'real meal' every day that consists of 6-8 ozs of lean protein and certain vegetables (no sugary root vegetables). There's limited cardio exercise allowed and you need to consume at least 1/4 tsp of salt (sodium) to replace what everyone loses on a ketogenic diet. The rest is history. If you're struggling with weight loss and, like me, have given up after failing at every other diet program, please give Results 22 a try. If I can do it anyone can. The program is so easy to administer, you're never hungry on the plan, and the weight that falls of of you is the most important kind - the visceral fat that clings to your heart, liver, lungs, and other vital organs. Now when people tell me how amazing i look (people say, at least 10 years younger) I tell them I feel even better. Now I'm in control...not food. My blood pressure has fallen from 143/91 to 110/65 (I'm weaning off my Atenolol). I have more energy and it stays constant throughout the day. No sugar rushes and post-lunch crashes. Some people might think the program is expensive BUT the cost of the program and the Ideal Protein food is offset by a vastly lower bill at the grocery store and at restaurants (we definitely eat out, just not as frequently and, when we do, we're far more measured in what we order and how much we eat). One final note. I did the program with my wife and 23-year-old son. It REALLY helps if more than one person in the household does the program, especially if one of those people is the one who is the chief cook. Thank you Results 22.
