With a line out the door and an excited niece by my side, I entered with high expectations. I was particularly impressed by the gluten free options. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bundts are moist and flavorful. The icing is not too sweet and has a creamy texture. The strawberry I sampled was nice, but they were out of it by the time I made it to the counter. We walked away with a quick, white chocolate and raspberry birthday cake plus a gluten free option for those needing it. As for decorating the bundt with the candles or cups available there, I chose to head to HEB and grab a small balloon which fit perfectly in the center of the bundt. The bundt made a great birthday cake and the gluten free chocolate one disappeared quickly. I wish I had thought to have coffee with it. The combination would have been a nice one. Excelent service ! I have only tried the Red Velvet and the Strawberries with Cream. I have to mention I never liked the Red Velvet cake before until I tried their cake. Out of the 2 flavors I'm going back for a Red Velvet again. Bread is very very moist and the Chessy too frosting is sweet enough to make it all work perfectly. What a bad experience! I have purchased 4 cakes in the last 3 months from this location and I have never had an issue. Today I showed up to receive my bundtlette for my birthday and the employee immediately gave me attitude. I was ordering additional cakes for my friends too btw. When I attempted to pay, I was told I had to spend $80 if I wanted to pay with $100. There is a proper way to treat people...then there is this. She made feel embarrassed for getting my birthday freebie and took it too far. read more

I went bought some cakes while walking out the store their front door hit me and one of the cakes fell they would not fix the icing because the manager told me it happened outside( there front door bounced back and hit my elbow) very poor customer service I wasn't asking for anything free just for them to fix because half of the icing fell off the manager told me it was there policy they couldn't fix it I will never due business there again read more
