We paid all the fees and were told that we would get titles for everything in the mail. The paper work for the vehicles arrived okay, but we did not receive anything for the boat. I contacted them about this matter and they told me to contact the state office, so I did. We sort of forgot about this matter and a few months later, I sold the boat, giving the new owner all the current paper work I had. He then contacts me to let me know that he needs the title to register the boat. I go up to this business and I am told that it will cost me $100.00 to get a duplicate title, so I pay up. Now, it is a few years later and I purchase another boat and use this same agency for the paper work. I pay all my fees and I am sent on my way. I received the title for the boat and trailer in the mail. One year later I return to purchase new tabs and boat decal. I have all my previous paper work with me, but they can not find me in the system. When they put the hull identification number into the computer, it comes back invalid and now I am being told that I have a invalid plate on the boat trailer. The employee tells me to go home and check the hull id on the boat, so I do this and then bring this number to her and she tells me that I will have to take a picture of this number and bring the picture into the office. I am beginning to think that just maybe I need to take my business some place else. One other note while I was there both times, one employee was asking another employee for assistance and they just walked away. Later shouting at one another. Great approach to business.

I requested service quote for a routine service in…read moreLacey, WA and was quoted $75 and I admit it was my fault I misread the email that said they would charge an additional $75 plus postage if I wanted them to mail a copy of the service documents to the defendant being served. $75 to mail a copy via regular mail is wild when postage only cost them $2.44. So, lesson learned, read the emails carefully, pay attention to how much they are charging. Most servers include the mailing on their service fees. I will most definitely not use their services again, just for the simple fact that I basically paid double their fees. My documents were served on a timely manner but price wise they did go overboard at the end. I will not be using this company for any future services that is for sure.
