On the phone, she sounded very pleasant and texted me her address and confirmed our appointment. (see my screenshot) 3 days later, 1.5hr before the appointment, I texted her just to confirm and did not hear back. Since it was an important document and had to be notarized today, I got anxious and called. -- no answer. The appointment was at 5PM and now it's 10:39PM. She still hasn't replied back to me or called me to apologize. Unbelievable. I'm just glad that I was able to find somewhere to go last minute. ------- Addition: Wow. I am amazed at this woman. Where is the evidence that I rescheduled? I did say that my husband had to sign during the SAME CALL which was the only call we exchanged. This is how exactly our conversation went and I hope this helps you to remember and other future potential clients to look else where: I called you to see if you are doing business on Saturday. You said you do. My first question was how early you would be available on Saturday. Then I switched it to later in the afternoon because I thought it might be better for my husband to meet you after work.(and remember I said my husband works on Saturday?) you asked where we wanted to meet you and when I said downtown Santa Monica, you said if we could travel to your house because then we don't need to pay for the travel fee. I was so glad that I found somebody who could meet us on a Saturday afternoon and we wouldn't need to pay for a travel fee. So we agreed on 5pm on Saturday at your house and you said that you will text me your address. Hence the screenshot. That was the one and only call and any conversation we exchanged. You must have majored in creative writing or theater. It is one thing to dismiss a client but to make up a story to blame it on the customer?!!!! Wow. I have no problem requesting verizon(my cell phone career) to pull up all my text and call history to prove that we had one call before this text exchange and you assured me that Saturday 5pm was confirmed vis text. Nothing after this text. I can bet my life on it. Wow. I am just speechless. You should have become a fiction writer.

They are located in downtown Santa Monica in a beautiful building. You can either park on the street at the meters or there's free 90 mins parking in the lot around the corner. He had all done in less than 10 minutes. He went to leave and I walked out my door and locked myself out. Now, for me, this is dangerous. I don't walk well without help now and I am not strong enough to get in my own driveway gate. Poor Alex. He was so kind. He figured out how to open the gate, which is no easy task and stayed with me as I tried the side door, which was also locked. He also got to meet my jumpy, hairy, but adorable dogs, one a pit bull and the other a St. Bernard and was so good with them. He told them not to jump on him and they tried to listen. He got his legs licked and I just wanted to never stop saying sorry. Of course, we could not find the spare key as my husband moved it and never told me. I did not have my phone. Alex called my husband and they, not me, figured out where the key was. He waited for me to open it and made sure I was okay. Again, my walking is an issue. The dogs followed in and Alex got another lick or two on his legs. He never complained. He did not abandon me like many would. He made sure I was safe before he left. His prices are super reasonable. He is the nicest man so use him. You will be happy. I adore him and my unruly dogs think he is cool and lickable. What more can you want.
