I just completed a half marathon and wanted a massage directly after. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely at peace. I also love supporting a Black-owned business that clearly takes pride in both service and experience. If you're looking for quality, cleanliness, and top-tier care, I highly recommend booking with Kobie. 5 stars all the way! Oh and he has over 20 plus years of experience. Win win

I haven't been having much luck lately with that franchise so I decided to seek him out. One thousand percent worth it. I made the 2 hour appointment and knew it would take all of that. Kobe asked me all the questions before I was on the table. He asked what I was personally comfortable with and reminded me to breathe multiple times throughout. He was professional and caring, nothing has changed! I'm so glad I finally booked with him. I had forgotten what a miracle worker he is. If you have a need for deep tissue work, he is your therapist. It's so hard to find someone who recognizes the issues and can actually work to make them better. He has been in the industry for a long time and takes the time to listen to your body.

I've had three massages so far with Ginger and I am extremely pleased with her work! I've had many…read moremassage therapists over the years, but none has been better than Ginger. She is very attuned to what needs to be worked on and asks specific questions before and during the massage to pinpoint exactly what needs to be addressed. I have had significant issues with my shoulder and back and she has alleviated some longstanding pain and improved mobility in my right shoulder/arm in a very short period of time. I like that she goes very deep (fascia release) and gets to the core of the problem. She is the strongest massage therapist in terms of how much pressure she can use that I have ever encountered. Of course, she asks first before applying that much pressure as many people would not prefer that deep of a massage, but I do. She is sensitive, professional, highly skilled, and gets quick results. I plan to continue regular sessions with her. Ginger is the best!

I focus on returning proper functionality to the muscles and joints so you can be at your best. I start by looking at your posture and check range-of-motion of major joints to see where there are restrictions. Then I use various techniques ranging from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, and yoga-based stretching to align the body. Note that while I can do relaxation massages the people who are typically drawn to me are those who've been frustrated by chronic pain and are looking for real results. I've only had one massage. I purchased a Groupon and though it was expired the massage therapist…read morestill allowed me to utilize it. The location is upstairs on a strip mall. So its not a store front. You will need to find the door that takes you upstairs. My initial thought when I met the message therapist was, hmm ok..is it too late to back out...buuut I did stick it out. First he reads over your profile. He is a massage therapist, not a sports massage therapist. He has a form that he asks you to fill out. One thing that cracks me up is, "what kind of massage do you like?" My response was deep tissue...he explained he was not big into deep tissue and more of a muscle memory massage therapist. Meaning he rubs the location to encourage the muscle to relax, versus using force and pressure to release any tension. This was different for me. He then explains his steps, where he starts and where his hands will go, and he will ask first if you are comfortable before he proceeds. This is nice because his massage really does follow exactly as he states he will, no surprises. The massage appointment was 2 hours. THATS A LONG TIME...and I would say that some parts of my body restiffined because I was in one position for so long. I would almost say 2 hours was a bit too long...maybe an hour and a half would suffice. Overall I really did enjoy my massage. I am a runner....I run ALOT and I do have a bit of sciatic nerve issues that chiropractor wasn't helping...but I would have to say after my first massage appointment, the pain definitely subsided and my hamstrings was not as tight.

First few visits everything was perfect. Then the inappropriate comments started & then I woke up…read morewith his hand in a very inappropriate place... PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!!!
