Brogan is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly understands how the body works--how muscles connect and exactly what to do after an injury. I happened to book a deep tissue massage with Brogan when she was at a massage company in Indianapolis and she's the only person I've seen since. I'm thrilled she's opened her own practice in Carmel! What makes Brogan's massages different? For one, her incredible knowledge of the body and how the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia all work together. If I have a pain point (usually in my neck/shoulders) she can find it quickly and get to the root of the problem. Brogan's style is more geared toward those of us who want and need massages to work on areas of trouble vs. simply a relaxing massage. House XII Massage is located within a chiropractor's office in Carmel. Brogan has her own tranquil room where she does her services. Hot stones and cupping is included with the services while at other places it is an add-on. She did cupping on my body for the first time and I felt amazing afterward! I highly recommend visiting Brogan at House XII Massage to work out the knots and other pain points you may be experiencing.

I know from personal experience, it can be challenging to find someone that is the right fit for you, when dealing with pain. I'm shocked she doesn't have more reviews on Yelp, she is so amazing! I had a massage and cupping therapy today with Carla for the first time today, I've seen a lot of massage therapists over the years, but I can honestly say out of the 8 states I've lived, I've never met anyone like her. She is incredibly gifted and passionate about what she does. I hurt my neck badly and couldn't move my head and she kindly fit me in last minute for a session, which meant so much to me. The pressure was perfect, she has really strong hands, which is something I need with chronic illness, I'm often in a lot of pain, so getting some relief in addition to neck pain I was experiencing - it was a game changer. I've had cupping before, I'm so glad she offers it, it's amazing for pain and detoxing, I highly recommend it. She even added some aromatherapy. :) I can tell she really values her clients. What I really appreciate about Carla is her energy, she is full of positive energy and I have never laughed so much during a massage, though there were moments I could just relax, too. She truly put her heart and soul into this experience, this area is incredibly lucky to have her! If you have chronic pain, pain from a disease/illness (especially chronic), had an accident, or just a lot of stress and tension, I strongly encourage you to see Carla, I promise you it will be a healing experience!

I am not a regular at massages, so it was very helpful that she explained the pressure she would use and would adjust as needed. She did not want me walking out sore! 90 minutes was just enough time. I was very relaxed. Yawned for the next hour! Drank a lot of water after it. I was skeptical at first since it was not a normal "spa" that I would typically go to for a massage, but her atmosphere was nice and relaxing. I liked the convienence of scheduling and paying for it online, and adding the tip by text! I've never seen that before. A con was that the room was not sound proof from other businesses in that building. Could hear the loud talking/laughing. The room temperature was colder than expected, but that can be fixed. I would definitely go back to her! Thanks Leslie!
