Each of the massage therapists is certified to perform safe prenatal massages. They have an easy online booking system (which I appreciated). I showed up and everyone was masked (March 2022) which I was thankful for, being pregnant. They offered me a glass of water while I completed the waivers and were very friendly! (I was the first appointment of the day.) I went into the room and the therapist thoroughly explained how the whole massage would go and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted her to focus on. The table was extremely comfortable for a pregnant person :) special pillow/mat with holes to accommodate your growing body and the ability to lay on my stomach (which I've missed!) and there was no pressure anywhere on my body. Just laying on the table was worth the whole massage! Lol halfway through I rolled over and she replaced the belly mat with a large wedge, so I didn't have to lay flat. The only thing I'd suggest would be having white noise or meditation music and or candles/aroma therapy. It was very quiet, but that would've put it over the top with comfort.
