Moved here June 2021. Started treatment with Ben in late fall-mid January. One day in January he told me I'm a few visits over the number allowed by my insurance. I didn't know that was a thing but it makes sense. Now I know. My issue is- Why did he not mention it before I ran out covered visits? Would have been helpful. I asked him how much I owed him. He said $250 (don't remember the exact number but it up there). I paid the full amount and I said, "We're good?" He said, "yes." My issue now is, why does he keep sending me a bill for $60 every month after this conversation when his statement implied i was all paid up?
