Upon arrival at that appointment the chiropractor scheduled to adjust me, said I was "removed" from their system, said they are not taking me as a customer today, and asked if I was in the wrong place. I was in the right place, and even showed my confirmation email showing the full name and picture of the chiropractor I was talking to, who is telling me that he cannot take my scheduled appointment. Despite the receptionist, confirming the opening was still available, the chiropractor proceeded to discuss with the receptionist in front of me that they are not going to take my appointment and I ended up leaving. I then contacted LaFleur Chiropractic. They saved the day and relieved my pain with Dr. Ben's expert adjustments. My issue now is, why does he keep sending me a bill for $60 every month after this conversation when his statement implied i was all paid up?
