I thought the work was too much for one person to handle but Dwight continued slugging away for 13 hours and finished the work. The stones we had put on our front stairs were failing after 15 years and there were a number of bricks starting to break down on our over 40 years old house. Since we are a corner lot our home is exposed on 3 sides and a lot of snow, ice and rain damage occurs. I was very impressed by this very personable young man and the work ethics and diligence he showed. His professional attitude towards the work and his constant double checking the alignment of the stairs and bricks with levels assured me everything was being done of the highest quality.

I was also thinking since he was there he might as well snake the kitchen sink and other bathroom too for maintenance (just in case) but he told me it isn't necessary and he even gave me a warranty for those other sinks for a year, going above and beyond. The price is very reasonable too, and he's super accommodating. Joseph was also very timely (if not early) for the scheduled appointment. He's opening up his office in North York, but he does service clients across the city and maybe even St Catherines? (he told me he had some meetings there and was coming from there to fix my slow draining sink). I wish I had found him sooner! Tony answered the phone and arranged to come by the next day! I almost thought I heard wrong! He was prompt, and to my surprise, was extremely friendly, professional, and easy going. I was very specific with our project and had major concerns, but Tony addressed all of them, and put me at ease. The estimate was also very reasonable. We had to wait about two weeks for his crew to start the work, which was not a problem. We had waited many years, so what is a few weeks! On the morning of, Tony and his crew showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They removed the asphalt, levelled and graded our driveway, and laid down gravel, which was properly compacted. About one month later, Tony and his crew (Anthony, Ed, Jason and Daniel) came back to pour the asphalt. The asphalt was high quality and a fresh batch. The edges where the asphalt met our concrete garage door landing and our walkway were clean and sharp. I watched the entire process and was amazed at the details. The workmanship was exceptional, and the crew were easy to work with (no attitude whatsoever)! The only difficult part was allowing the driveway to cure for approximately 7-10 days. Thankfully, I was able to obtain parking permits with the City, to allow parking on our street. Our driveway looks absolutely amazing! I don't know why we waited so long! If you need residential or commercial paving, interlocking, line painting, or winter services, such as snow clearing and salting, Tony is your guy! The owner Jon is very welcoming and eager to help with lots of knowledge as he also installs. He sells his own brand (stone haus) and has some familiars on sample boards. I'm pretty sure this little 3-4 room store has every single tile, backsplash and decent pricing to compare to. He was not pushy at all but gave room for us to browse and think and stare way too long at two similar grey rocks. I absolute love the hand cut, reclaimed wood mantels he had, 5 ft was $350 and 6ft was $450! Unbelievable price as most places we saw started at $800 and up. This showroom is small so the placements of sample can be overwhelming, unlike shopping around the Vaughan area where there is lots of space and everything is laid out like artwork.
