In the past we had a great experience with Bergeman for our furnace and water heater. We decided to…read moreremodel our bathroom and had a horrible experience. They tore out our shower, only to find out they had the wrong tub/shower install. Then told us it would take 2 days to get the new one, it look over a week. We only have one bathroom, therefore my plans to stay away from my husband with his son turned into over a week which was supposed to be 2 days. Then once the drywall was up we found a leak. They had to remove drywall to fix the leak, and we had to redo the drywall. They reimbursed for the drywall (which now looks bad because they had to remove part of the wall and drywall is tricky), but didn't offer anything to fix THEIR mistake of ordering the wrong tub/shower and ripping out our current shower before double checking they had all the materials. I'm pretty sure they ended up giving us the wrong shower surround still. Not to mention they were HORRIBLE to schedule with, it took MONTHS. No sense of urgency of helping their customers. Avoiding our calls and avoiding coming to fix things. If you can I would strongly suggest NOT hiring Bergeman for your plumbing needs. We will never go back. So disappointing.

Our old furnace finally became so unreliable that it had to be replaced quickly.....thought we could wait until Spring! Our advice...don't do that! My husband called Hedlund's fully expecting to call a bunch of other places, and waiting who knows how long, to order and install a new furnace...considering how slow ordering big ticket items has been in recent history. From the moment he made the initial "help" phone call to John, to the complete installation of a new furnace, was less than 48 hours! John was so helpful and went well above and beyond the call of duty to help us out! He was professional, got us a decent furnace (an Air Temp) the same day my husband called and delivered it out to our house that evening. Installed it the following day. We felt he gave us a very fair price on the furnace and installation. We absolutely recommend Hedlunds to anyone needing a new furnace, and will use them again.
