Matt does a great job keeping the price low for his clients, and still offering a quality facility to meet the needs of many different fitness levels. She strung me along and yeah yeahed me repeating over and over her self assured insistence that I was not following the rules and therefore she was helpless to do the decent thing and cancel the membership. Contemptible behavior. She assured me after I was no longer bound by contract I was month to month and could cancel. She later admitted to me after that she was not responsible for my lack of understanding of the contract I had signed essentially admitting she could care less about my circumstances after taking a hit to my income and customer service was not her responsibility. Absolutely contemptuous. When I told her she was disingenuous and a liar she threatened to call the police on me for coming in to her office to 'bully her' and 'scream' at her. She continued to interrupt and talk over me with excuses and excuses, she characterized the exchange as being hostile after I raised my voice when she continued to talk over me. Absolute reprehensible behavior. Over the course of a year, at 60 dollars a month, and 43 dollar 'annual fees' (charged more than once per year, and with bank overdraft fees caused by the repeated payments outside of my budget, these greedy and irresponsible people cost me over a thousand dollars. Do your self a favor and find another place. Look at the other reviews, this 'business' is aware of this and continues to operate with no repercussions for their actions. This is clearly a case of family/friend working together and is despicable behavior given they are veiling a known loophole or whatever to exercise leverage when this very situation repeats itself, they waste your time under the pretext you are 'failing to follow the rules,', with a sad cycnical assumption you are a bad actor simply complicating a simple process. They have been taken through litigation and still after years they are operating under abc fitness protection hiding behind a 'contract' Places like this are what there are laws for. They take advantage of the system. This is not over abc fitness. Rest assured.
