The location is great I signed up for the free day pass . Walked in on a Sunday at 4 pm the elderly…read moreman greeted me and my sister he was kind told us that we have until 5 pm for our workout . The gym is clean but the set up of machines is not that great . Free weights area feels crammed also only 2 smiths machines . It was 4:57 and the old lady followed my sister to the restroom telling her she had to leave that it was 5 pm. She did not need to do that because we knew we had to leave by 5 pm so that was Rude of her . We walked out by 5:02 because I went to the restroom before knowing she stalked my sister to the restroom. Even tho this gym is convenient for us we will stick to our regular gym .

This gym is outstanding! I cannot rave about it enough! - The staff is kind and friendly…read more- The place is clean as a whistle - They have just about every weight machine you can think of - They have 2 wonderful and relaxing massage chairs - They have 2 tanning booths (lay down & stand up) - Changing room, shower, lockers, etc. - Personal training - Full body statistics/ analysis reports This family owned business says hello to you by name when you walk in the door and they also wish you well when you leave! It makes you feel like family too! Overall, this gym is impeccably clean with a very positive atmosphere and environment! The staff is helpful and answers any and all questions. I spend about 1- 2 hours a day here, 5x a week, and it's a pleasure! Wouldn't you like to spend your time at the gym somewhere admirable? This is the place! I fully recommend this gym!

Many older gyms like this one still have been hurting and others closing due to COVID financially…read more This one still needs to be updated with some better padding and newer machines. The staff is very friendly and helpful at the front desk.

Let's just start by saying... this isn't Larry North or LA Fitness and the fees are reflective…read more That said; the staff is very friendly and helpful. The late night shift (11pm and after) for the most part generally are chair warmers. The newer guy they hired comes in, sits down, gets on his phone and never moves. Paper towel dispensers empty, spray sanitizer bottles empty, bathroom a wreck, doesn't matter, he doesn't move. Maybe that's his job, I don't know but seems like a waste of payroll to me. Rules posted around the gym are not enforced. Gym bags on the weight room floor, people walking around barefoot, weights, etc laying around because people don't pick them up and put them back. I know you cannot control everyone but it would be nice to see an effort. After all those things are trip hazards and I would prefer to bulk up at the gym and not swell up by tripping over some idiots gym bag. The maintenance is fair at best. Hot tub has been out of service for over a month. Shower heads constantly running water, urinal broken or running water. Machines that have been out of order for sometime. One in particular was stuck and I tried to release it and 30 lbs of weight dropped on my hand and fingers! Blood everywhere. Of course it was my own stupidity for trying to unstick it but when I went and told an associate they said... yeah we have requested that be fixed for a while. Went on to say, but it still works, it just sticks a little. Again, my own fault but seems to me it should have been fixed. Wasn't even offered a band-aid. RULES... now thats a joke! Every once and a while they print a paper sign saying no gym bags on the workout floor. As of tonight 5-4-26 at 9:55 pm, I counted six on the workout floor. Forget the trip hazard the customers are stealing. What's the point of posting rules if they are never enforced? Save a tree someone needs the wood. It takes money to do repairs I know but cut back the wasted water, the theft, constant employee turnover etc and you may have a little extra to fix stuff. Has management ever considered that you are loosing more business than they are saving money? It just seems sad that there are so many missed opportunities to make it better and attract more customers. Only reason I have kept my membership is because its like ten blocks from my house. Save your money and join another club. These guys are not the only gym open 24 hours.
