They did such a nice job that we have been using them ever since. We recently had them complete our second Training Center. They wired in some speakers, an amplifier, an automatic projector screen and an Epson projector. This is where we train all the EMT's and Medics in Lake Havasu and the system is more than adequate for our needs. We are able to project training videos, and anything from a workstation or laptop. The video looks great too, it's bright, crisp and easy to see during the daytime. A simple HDMI connection and we have audio and video. The projector screen they mounted uses a remote control and goes up and down on it's own. It's very nice. After the work was completed, we did an inspection. The install was professional, with the wires hidden in the walls. In the area we had to have wire exposed, they put a channeled cover over the wiring and made it look nice, almost like crown molding. They have never left any trash or debris behind. In between the two Training Center installs, we had Bulletproof run wires from the top of our building into the Ambulance bays and then into our server room. They followed previous wiring and basically made the install unnoticeable. We really appreciate the clean work they do for us. Their wiring looks amazing. We've never had a company wire in such straight lines. They are easy to follow and label. If you have a rats nest of wiring, get Bulletproof out there, they will clean it up nice.

I called and talked to Kris at Havasu Audio to see if they could install the TV as I was having trouble finding someone (Walmart could not do it). Not only could she install the TV for me, she could sell me the exact one for $100.00 less then what the Box Stores were selling for (I did not think that would be possible). I ordered the TV from them, it came in a couple of days later and we scheduled the install. Kris kept informed the entire time. They had a busy day so Kris called to let me know the guys were extremely busy and would be running a little late. I said that the next morning would be fine if that would help which she was relieved to hear. Charles and his assistant were at my door a few minutes before 8am the next day and got started. Charles was very detailed in installing the new adjustable heavy duty mount that allows for an 82" TV to be pulled out and pointed different directions. He set up my Direct TV remote and answered any questions that we had. They hauled away all the trash but suggested that I keep the TV box for 30 days to make sure it works good. Want to tell you about their bills and how much they have to pay their guys and all this other BS. I didn't ask for that. I asked for my TV to be mounted. They wouldn't do it for under $200. Which is completely ridiculous when Noah's Ark in Kingman will do it for $75. Do not waste your time with this company, they charge way more than any other company and then they want to tell you about their bills and how much trouble it is to get to your house to do anything, about how much wear and tear on their vehicle and how much they have to pay for insurance! WTF? I didn't call to tell you how to budget your money, I just wanted a tv mounted for less than the tv costs. I got a very snobby answer from some girl wanting me to take down my bad review. Reviews are made on your company so other people will know how they are going to be treated and how much you're gonna screw them out of!
