He was able to pinpoint and correct my weaknesses and my troubled areas through his analysis which should not have surprised me considering his highly knowledgeable staff as well. the tools that they used worked areas that i have had trouble with for years and by the end of the appointment i felt a tremendous positive difference. During the appointment he did not just work on me but he guided me through what he was doing and broke everything down at the same time so i was able to understand what was going on. Other than the advanced instruments used including the laser therapy which felt great he utilized something called "Zen Frames" which was a motivational boost for me to complete an overall excellent experience cant wait til my next appointment!

However, this is wrong and needs to be shared. This clinic cancelled two appointments I had set up at the last minute. I had waited weeks for both of them. And then days before, they were cancelled. I became even more ill after they cancelled the second appointment, and so I did not reschedule for 2 weeks due to my condition. The lady answering the phone was rude the 3 times I spoke with her, and I have no idea why. When I tried to reschedule, just moments ago, they refused to see me. So now almost 2 months have gone by when I could have seen someone else. Typically I have always found physical therapists to be the kindest sort of people. I have no idea of the quality of their service. But in terms of warmth and care regarding humans and their health, they fail miserably. Perhaps a new front desk person is all that needs to change. I would have loved to go here, but when I just called, the woman refused to let me make an appointment for no reason at all. She did not explain why except to say. "We thought you went somewhere else." I explained that I had not gone somewhere else and that I wanted to set up a third appointment. She said no. I had to go somewhere else. I am going to contact one of the physical therapists there directly because they may be wonderful and not be aware of the impression they are giving off to potential patients as well as the poor management. Two appointments were caneceled, not by me, but by them after I had waited patiently for 2 weeks each time. Now my referral has lapsed. But that's not even why she wouldn't take me as a patient. I have no idea why she turned me away. When a person is very sick and seeking help, this kind of treatment actually makes you feel worse. I now am set back nearly two months. I can hardly move. And I have to start all over again. And I had to face a woman who basically gave me the idea that I am not worth their time. Does she understand that sick people need exactly the opposite? If they are actually a good physical therapy center, I would hope to get a call directly from their physician with an apology and an appointment. If I do, I will update this review to reflect that. I don't want the professionals to have their practice be seen as bad if they are in fact good. But my first, second and third impression is that they really don't care about you. Sincerely, Maryann

It all starts with the smiling Nicole at the desk. She was willing to really work around my school schedule to get me in the most efficient fashion. Tina was always cheering me on and explaining all the movements and actions she was asking me to perform with easy details and clear focus. All my strengthening exercises (bands, tubes, light weights) and stretching movements were tailored exactly towards my weekly goals and my personal progress. I know that every healing story is different (and I know my family heals fast) but at 4 months out , I am back to playing golf, pickle ball, kayaking, and doing most chores around our cabin. I have "graduated" and will now continue my progress. I still won't lift really heavy stuff for awhile (over my head) but I feel 99.9% better. I have all my range of motion back, and I can sleep through the night (which anyone with rotator cuff problems can cheer about) Tina and staff are very encouraging and the individualized therapy per client is exceptional. Lots of modalities to be used in this hidden gem. Modern, up to date equipment and knowledge. I am a middle school PE teacher and I feel when I go back to school at the end of August, I will be able to demonstrate all the skills we do again! Tina totally can work out the scar tissue and manipulate tight fascia into being a smooth gliding structure. She understands proper mechanics and always is ready to reevaluate weekly plans to actual working progress. The husband of mine was an absolute miserable human being this summer dealing with chronic back…read morepain that was refusing to subside. After visiting his physician, having an MRI, and months of unsuccessful physical therapy the only other option offered to him was surgery. I was very nervous about this and wanted him to get a second opinion. Of course it was during the pandemic and he couldn't get in to see another physician. After reading up on his condition, I suggested he at least try a few other options before submitting to surgery. I called this local chiropractic office and was pleased at how easy it was to get him set up with an initial appointment and provide them with our insurance information for them to bill. The husband was gloomy and certain he'd just live like this forever but he went to the appointment with his MRI for Greg to look at. Greg reviewed the MRI and determined that the husband of mine would come in three times a week as well as made some suggestions for mattress toppers, back pillows, and exercises for him to do at home. The husband was willing to try anything recommended and was a model patient. As he slowly improved week by week he also become much more pleasant to be around and I was pretty thrilled with the magic Greg was working. As his flexibility improved and pain decreased so did his recommended visits and he now only comes in once a month or so for maintenance appointments and is practically pain free. He's been so pleased with his treatment, the flexibility of making and changing appointments due to his complicated work schedule, and really enjoyed working with Greg. He always came back from his appointments in a great mood laughing at something him and Greg had been talking about. Highly recommended and thanks Greg for taking the cranky man I sent to you and turning him back into the one I married!

Later I found out this is NEVER done with a bulging disc. Right after that, I had to quit because my disc went into full herniation. I do not understand how this was seen as normal protocol. I then deteriorated further, finally going to an emergency spinal surgery. I feel that this all could have been avoided, and yet people get distracted. My care was not right for my body. Do better.
