When we decided to sell our house and relocate to something with a little more property, John helped put everything in to layman's terms during the selling process. He laid to rest all concerns we had, and was transparent with all information the entire time. John and team were able to get us top dollar for our house, and closing was lighting fast. Hands down, couldn't be happier with the selling process. So much so, we asked for the the opportunity to represent us with our new house. Throughout the entire housing search, John and Jaime were on point; they listened to what we wanted and fully delivered. Every house for sale they sent our way we had to visit. To show the pure commitment that John Lynch Home Team stands by, (driving all the way from Orting) Jaime showed us houses in Centralia, Roy, Ocean Shores, Port Angeles, Shelton, Lake Bay, and even Long View! He easily drove over a thousand miles in two weeks to help us find our dream home. How many realtors do you know that will drive nearly all of western Washington for their client?!? There are not enough amazing things to say about Jaime and his commitment to seeing us in a home we love. Just like the selling process, our buying process was very swift and seamless; shortly after acceptance, we were signing paperwork and wiring money to close! On top of everything that John Lynch Home Team has done to sell our house, and buy a new home, their empathy and commitment didn't stop after singing on the dotted line. Three days after we moved in, we experienced an issue that required an electrician to come out and fix the issue to restore our power. Without skipping a beat, Jillian, from John Lynch Home Team had an electron on the phone who was able to come out after-hours and fix our power meter. The electrician worked for three hours and before 8pm, our electricity was restored and our lives went back to normal. I absolutely commend Jaime and Jillian of John Lynch Home Team. These three individuals are truly a team that puts the concerns of their clients as their highest priority. I will never hesitate to recommend and condone John Lynch Home Team to anyone serious about buying or selling a home. World-class service, right down the street.

I drove around the area and came upon Carolyn's sign on another property and it said "Sale Pending" and I just had a hunch. I called Carolyn's number, she answered immediately, and we were off and running. Carolyn and Jensen came to the house and gave us their pitch, outlining everything they would do to step in and take the helm. Their approach to getting our home sold was everything the previous agent stated was "no longer needed in today's digital market." Flash forward 2 weeks and we had several strong offers, went into escrow with one but that buyer wanted us to come too far. Carolyn supported us as we decided to wait for a better fit and helped us strategize. I traveled to Sacramento for work and upon my return found myself having emergency surgery and stuck in the hospital for 6 days while my wife was negotiating a new offer. Carolyn communicated with my wife extensively and checked on me daily which meant so much to us and to me personally. Within a few weeks we had a strong and excited buyer lined up and the most impressive part of working with Carolyn was how she handled all of the last minute challenges that always come up during a sale. Truly graceful. I cannot say enough good things about Carolyn, Jensen and the entire Westmoreland Team. They simply made the process comfortable during a time in our lives when we had dealt with an immense amount of stress.
