I am so disappointed with how this practice dealt with a very serious family issue around mental health. My child was seen by a twenty something PA who we didn't think had enough personal and professional experience, as well as empathy for the family unit to handle this situation. read more

Great office and staff. Very warm and friendly people, and the whole location is very clean and interesting for young kids. Lots of activities in the waiting room, a nice fish tank, and small distractions in the service rooms as well. Is that what they're called? One other thing that impressed me with this office is both their availability in cases of urgent needs of consultation, as well as customizing their practice at the request of parents. If you're familiar with the vaccine controversies, you know that there are concerns about Thymerosal (a preservative in vaccines) and it's potential link to autism. I don't buy into too much of that, but it seems like the less mercury in our systems, the better - right? So we request that the doctors use vaccines without any preservative, and without questioning or rolling their eyes, they do it. They're very easy to build a rapport with, both in terms of the quality of practice and the people involved. read more

Absoloutly horrible, even before covid. I'm a father of a patient there and they have zero consideration for both parents. They're only concerned with pushing appointments and cashing in. So very disappointed with the pa's. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

Staff is rude. Receptionist asked me the three most snotty obnoxious and inappropriate questions I have ever been asked in a doctors office. She asked me if I was "still unemployed". As far as I know I have never been unemployed, since stay at home parent is a job, and I have no idea why that is of any interest or consequence to them, it was just a rudely phrased and nosy question that had no bearing on my childrens health. When I didn't recognize a phone number that they had listed for my husband and I could not recall his current cell off the top of my head, she said in a very snotty tone "do you speak to their father?". Again, none of your business lady. Then when my attention was split between her asinine inappropriate questions and my kids who had started jumping on the couch to the consternation of everyone behind the desk, and I was distracted and not answering things to her liking, she asked me, again in a very snotty tone, if I was their mother. While all this was happening some other unpleasant person came out of the woodwork making snotty remarks because my kids were jumping on the couch. WELL. I can answer your invasive, inappropriate, and unnecessary questions OR I can go to the waiting area to monitor my children, BUT if you are going to prolong my stay at the desk because you think that it is appropriate to invade my privacy and belittle me, then my kids are going to do what kids do in the absence of adult supervision. Yet somehow I am getting shade thrown my way for their behavior, as if I had some magic fairy dust that could split me in two. read more

Awesome pediatrician named Robert, he makes me and my child feel comfortable whenever we visit him. As a first time mother looking for a doctor for your child can be stressful, will they be respectful? Will they be friendly? Will they be sensitive to your questions and concerns? The first time I visited I felt nervous because I hadn't known what might happen, if I'd be compatible with the doctor and if my child gave good responses to them. As soon as he walked in with a huge smile from ear to ear and greeted me and my family professionally and enthusiastically I felt a sense of relief fall off of my shoulders. He made me comfortable, and reassured that my concerns and questions would be taken seriously and be heard, I've always had a awesome response from him and given great advice when I had anything to say, or ask. There has never been any judgment, and he has been so helpful. I am so happy I chose this doctor for my daughter and I plan to stay with him for as long as I can, if I have other children I plan for them to see him as well. I highly recommend him to everyone I know who is looking for a pediatrician for their children. read more

This practice is terrible! Sadly we were referred to this practice by a friend. As new parents we were excited to get to know "the best pediatrician" as our friend referred to him. Before I had my baby my husband and I met with Dr. Kavle, we were so happy with the feedback he gave us and we felt very comfortable with him. He was great, friendly, down to earth and very easy to talk to. Well that was the first and last time we've seen him. We learned that he doesn't see babies. As new parents we have yet to even see a doctor. Our baby is now over a year old and we seemingly can only get appts with P.A's. We expressed to one PA that we were having trouble getting our little one to sleep on his own....Her advice to us....we should just let our baby cry it out and that she did it with her kids and her oldest one even threw up she was crying so much. She assured us that her daughter is just fine now and has no emotional issues. I was speechless. I told my friend this news and she was so appalled that she actually told her son's pediatrician. So then we began to see different PA's and as you know when babies are younger they have to go to the doctor pretty often. For our little guy's one year checkup he had a standard in office lead test done. Which gave us a false positive of over 20. Yes that's right a false positive of OVER 20. They contacted both local and state health depts and reported this finding. They sent us for more blood work...yes my one year old was forced to get his blood drawn. It was terrible. My little guy was screaming my husband and two phlebotomists has to hold him still. All this only to find out that the in office result was a false positive. We were informed that this was not the first time this office's testing matching gave false positives. We were told it could be the machine or that the area they did the test was not sterile when doing the in office test. When we expressed frustration about this everyone we talked to in this office was extremely rude. Not taking into consideration that their error resulted in not only my son having to get his blood drawn, but our landlord was facing investigation, we had to schedule an in home developmental assessment (knowing the effects of lead poisoning) and we were forced to pay over $3000 in moving costs. Definitely not the greatest practice. Good news, our son is and was lead free and healthy. read more
