I was referred to Dr. Edward Chestnutis and made an appointment. It was several weeks away, so I asked to be put on the cancellation list; they said they obliged. However, I never got a call. So, three days before my appointment, I get a call at 4:52 pm from Jessica at the practice, asking me to call her back so that I can reschedule my appointment because the doctor can no longer see me. Now, considering I was on a cancellation list, I was displeased that not only did I never get a call--when she said "80% of the time, people are able to come in earlier," but especially because they wanted to schedule out another two weeks--which I couldn't do because I already have holiday plans out of town. I asked why my appointment had to be rescheduled, but Jessica simply said, "I just do what I'm told." Oh, okay, it's one of THOSE places, where people are robots and fear their boss. I asked Jessica to simply ask to find out and also ask if someone else could be bumped given the weeks' long wait (someone could have been bumped with much more notice than I was given) and my inability to come in two weeks later. She said she would ask and put me on hold. But like any good robot, she had no guts to actually ask and instead transferred the problem to someone else, the Office Manager, Jo. Jo said that the doctor scheduled a surgery during my appointment. I asked why he didn't just schedule it another time, and she said it was an emergent surgery and had to be coordinated with other facilities. Okay, that's fair, but let's talk about squeezing me in or bumping someone else? She said she would "absolutely not" do that "just because [I] was 'going out of town'" (as if it were going out of town for the holidays were a snobbish thing to do; little did she know I haven't seen my mom in three years and my mom almost died two weeks ago--it's not like I'm flying to Vegas for indiscriminate fun every other weekend). I stood up for myself, which was not the best way to push harder for what I wanted, but was in line with my self respect. However, that turned into, "How about this? I'm going to just cancel your appointment and tell your PCP that we won't see you, period." Not exactly a robot like Jessica, but Jo certainly isn't a good--or compassionate--person if she judges you for wanting to solve pain that accompanies you with every step and do so within a reasonable amount of time from your original appointment. Worse yet, she clearly has issues with you having a life beyond hers, as she condemns you for going out of town. She's the person who needs to scan Facebook memes about kindness and never underestimating others' hardships. Bottom line: Dr. Edward Chestnutis doesn't have amazing healthgrades.com scores anyway, so along with my review, save yourself from the headache of being put last when health *care* should put patients first.

The portal notes are empty and they won't answer messages there. Calling only gets you their "network team" who won't transfer you directly to the dr's office front desk. I tried THREE TIMES! I only wanted to discuss my previous care and get pricing for shockwave therapy (something we discussed). They said I had to schedule an appt. I shouldn't have to spend time, gas, and a co-pay to get simple questions answered. Finding care elsewhere now.

I called their number and it was a call center; I was on hold for 2 hours when they did finally get in contact with me they never stopped calling (about 2-3 times a day for a month). I told them text or email me and they canceled my appointment after they charged me. If you want to get ripped off, call a call center instead of the office and be constantly harassed these are the people you want.

Well they did an xray and seems foot not broken…read more I am the 3rd person I now know who has been here and will not be returning. Too start, assistant was sick without a mask on. This is not acceptable in a Doctors office. Next, xray and no other thing, just leave an wait and see if ankle gets better. No mention of PT or if not better in xyz weeks, maybe an MRI or something. No just come back if you are still in pain. Not sure why, oh yes so I can be billed for that next referral to the MRI or something. I really hate that waste of time. I cannot just take more time to come in and here, yea we cannot help without more information so go here and then come back again. I will just be calling my primary and figuring it out. I interviewed 4 surgeons, and did 10 years of PT and avoiding a Total Hip Replacement, probably because I was so frightened of having surgery. But I trusted Dr Rothenberg immediately, and was incredibly impressed with the Pre- and Post-surgical care and I had a very successful experience. So grateful Words cannot express. This type of surgery of only around 100 years old, so think of the millions of older adults who gimped around in pain the second half of their life. (TEARS!)

I am the biggest wuss in the world, and I can't stand the thought of not being in control of what happens to my body. Still, I give this place a solid 4 stars. Probably closer to 5 stars, really. The staff here is as great as it gets. I had some cortisone spinal injections here, and I'd only consider coming in if I was assurred IV sedation. I was told to check in at 1:30pm, and I was there by 1:20pm. I was in a lot of pain so I couldn't sit, so I stood in the waiting room. After signing a few papers, I waited until 2:15pm or later, until I was told I could go inside. (Having a 45+ minute wait when one is in distress and very anxious isn't the best, hence my not giving this place 5 stars). RN Linda was amazing, as she tried to put me at ease. The nurse who started my IV was great; I didn't feel a thing (I think her name was Kerry). Unfortunately, I didn't feel a thing from the sedation at all, ever. I was told it'd be analagous to "a two martini lunch". I was okay with that. (Ideally I'd have wanted general anasthesia, but they can't do that for this procedure. I understand that. But have I mentioned that I'm a huge wuss? And I was incredibly anxious, my heart racing, soooooo nervous). Even after they turned on the sedation drip in the procedure room, and I said I wasn't feeling any results at all of said drip, they still didn't titrate the dose or up the drip a bit. This is another reason I'm not assigning 5 stars here; I needed sedation and I didn't get it. Plus, it would've been better for me had they started the sedation while I was waiting in the ante-room, after they put in my IV (there was a 40 minute wait for my turn in the OR, and I was really, really nervous). That said, the nurses were wonderful in every other way, and my surgeon, Dr. Wen, was incredible. He explained what he was going to do, he tried to alleviate my fears, and he was incredibly adept at what he does and, best of all, it was over with quickly. If I have to do this again (which I might), I will definately come back here, and see Dr. Wen. FYI: the procedure room was ice cold. My teeth were chattering. Even the nurses were commenting that it was "colder than usual". Also, after the procedure, when they bundle you up to go, they do so quickly. I found all my electrodes on the next day. They get you outta there fast. I appreciated how they give you a survey, to get your input, after the fact, and also how a nurse called up the following day to inquire how I was doing.

I've never encountered such a dismal front office setup in any medical office in my entire life. Once I get through my current situation I will be DONE with this outfit. It's utterly ridiculous to make it so f'n hard for clients to get in touch with them.

My surgery left me with infected screws that had to be removed to stop the growth of infection . I ended up with a PICC line to fight a fungal, bacteria and bone infection. Ended up with my foot almost two sizes smaller.
