They also brought wrapping plastic and heavy-duty tape with them. If you need moving blankets, they also sell them. For the price that I paid, it was so worth it. They only charge $25 for a trip fee and $95 per hour. I hired them to move my things to a POD. Overall, they were a lot cheaper than hiring a name brand mover (they were 2-3x the price of what these kids are asking for). All in all, I could not be happier with my experience. All these years Ive been yelping, I have to say this was my most pleasant experience working with anyone.

Jeremy never answered my calls or responded to the messages I sent asking for an ETA--even after I waited nearly five hours. Two movers finally showed up around 7 PM, even though I scheduled three movers, and they were unable to move everything because of their failure to coordinate with management. They scheduled a morning move in Acworth and then attempted my move in Lithonia afterward--poor planning and poor management! I am highly disappointed. I tried calling multiple times afterward, and I still have not received my deposit back. This company is unprofessional, has poor communication, and will take your money without providing the service you paid for. Do NOT hire them. If I do not receive my deposit back or a response, I will be pursuing legal action.

I wanted to like this company. They botched the delivery by not bringing all of the items ordered…read moreand replacements that were not approved for others. They also apparently think the smallest bed goes into the master and the largest in the smallest room. That was one factor that shouldn't have occurred since all of the beds were supposed to be the same size (it's what we paid for). One of the TVs has some other client's account information programmed into it so you can't even use the special features available. We were missing key kitchen and bath items and we notified them a few days after delivery when the delivery men who noted the missing items while delivering apparently didn't do anything to make sure they were delivered later. This was just the start. It's now been 15 days since that initial delivery and they still haven't brought the items requested. What makes this worse is that we had just arrived after 3 flights and little sleep. The delivery men let themselves into the home with the keys in the lockbox. They handed me some keys after I requested them while they were there (we arrived in the middle of the delivery from our last flight). We didn't leave the house for 10 days because of COVID and we work from home and do not leave the home regularly normally. One day I went to take my dog out for a walk and found out that the keys they handed me didn't work in the doors - none of the doors. I raise this issue with them. They tell me they don't have my keys. I keep raising the issue with them. I'm continuously gaslighted over these keys. I only have these keys and the mailbox key in the entire house, yet apparently I'm the one who can't figure it out. The corporate gaslighting and failure to rectify a safety issue - I mean their men have my house keys and I can't even leave because I can't lock the doors - is a huge problem. The gaslighting was just insult to injury. This company will protect itself over its clients and the safety of your family is inconsequential to them. Having someone come to the house today - faster than the delivery of the missing items - to replace the locks for the entire house over this. Buyer beware.
