The worse service ever, do not go to this "urgent care"...they have no sense of URGENCY. And the physician is rude, we came in and it took almost an hour for us to be seen. We only had 2 people ahead of us! The physician came in asking right away what was going on without introducing herself, she didn't even look at the patient. She lectured us and walked out. Then came in kind of nice, she probably heard us. And gave us 4 different instructions, she had no idea what to tell us and we left without a resolution. Physicians assistant staff, (Jaffer) should be better trained to listen to her patients. I am a 39-year-old patient that gets sick 2 to 3 times a year with a sinus infection in an ear infection and I know my body better than somebody coming in within 30 seconds and telling me what's best for me. especially, when I already know what works for MY body. I told her numerous times that I also would like a Z-Pak with the antibiotics and she completely ignored my request , when I know what's best for my body. Not to add, I am leaving on an 11 hour flight today and I needed the Z-Pak for a back up and she kept telling me no. I couldn't believe she told me no everytime! This woman was acting like someone was trying to get pain medication and all I needed was a Z-Pak!!!!! She should be fired!!!! She will never know my body better than myself within 20 seconds of meeting me! What complete incompetence from that Jaffer. #All I needed was a Z-Pak. read more

Went here for a routine ear ache. It was in network as i found this urgent care facility through my insurance. I paid my $50 co-pay and then they incorrectly submitted my claim and billed me out of network. After multiple phone calls they refuse to fix their mistake. I personally do not know why they have such low ratings here! I went in for a sore throat and I was worried it was strep or covid. They were so attentive and so nice! They were quick and efficient! This is actually the first time that nurses or doctors genuinely listened to my concerns. They gave me great advice and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend! Had a minor medical thing that got worse through the week and was super happy with the easy checkin process online that was easy to upload my documents. Arrived and the staff was very friendly and while they seemed pretty busy my appointment time was right on time and they were super quick to get me through vitals to see a doctor and then the doctor was very nice and identified the issue and wrote me a prescription and I was on my way. Would make sure to come back again and recommend to anyone looking for a clean, friendly smooth operation for an urgent care. read more

We have been to this office a couple times. I have never been inside, but went in to help my Mom, after she fell down the stairs. I can't believe how unfriendly the front desk was. Only to be shocked by how rude the dr was as well. Because My Mom fell at a movie theater a few weeks ago, and fell down the stairs last night, they treated her as if she was a drug addict trying to get pills. Her foot slid under her and was swollen with multiple abrasions. She was in so much pain and this is the closest urgent care to our home. We will never go here again, I wouldn't take anyone there, especially not my Mom. Fortunately, her foot wasn't broken, but she can't walk today at all. The Nurse Practitioner walked in the room and made no introduction, the only words she said was,"looks like your accident prone." Amazing that she thinks someone who unfortunately fell twice in the same month, are accident prone. My Mom also picked up The Flu there, and there were used needle caps on the floor of the room. Also even though she told them she had just hurt her foot a half an hour before the appt, they put in the notes that she fell two days ago. Why would a person have bleeding abrasions on their foot from two days ago!?!?!? Do yourself a favor and go to a different urgent care. Hopefully, you find a place whose employees are trained in customer service and have a good bedside manor... Also after two more days of severe pain I took my Mom to a different Drs office. This used to be one of my favorite places to take my family. However, today they started a new system where they demand a credit card upfront and insist upon using that to Bill any additional balance that may come up down the line. In the past, I have sent the check when I went to my deductible. I told them I would prefer to get a bill. They said that was no longer an option. In addition to this, they are billing me for a whole new office is it just to have two sutures removed from last week. Finally, we have been waiting for over an hour to get these two stitches out. Just wanted a quick covid test that was SCHEDULED. They didn't tell us this when we scheduled but there was a $100 copay. Like wtf y'all don't even care abt covid y'all care abt money. And this is my second bad experience here. I broke my ankle in June and when I went in there because they told us walk ins were ok over the phone, I was rudely and quickly shooed away. Shortly after this facility opened, I was on the way to our usual urgent care, which is several miles further away from our home than this new facility. I had a need to handle a skin issue before going on a trip. My experiences with most urgent care facilities has not been favorable, though our typical Suwanee location does very well. I was skeptical to try a new place, but willing to give it a try, as it was much closet to home. To my surprise, all went very well, with a PA, Erica, who quickly diagnosed and initiated treatment. Though I required a return visit, it was all handled correctly and most effectively. If all of the providers are as good as Erica, this location should do very well. read more

I went in without a apt and was seen in less than 20min. Was so happy with my care. They we so friendly and comforting to me.. Beth was fantastic and so personable. Alysha and Justine were the nicest ... The Dr was so so kind and explained everything to me and was just fantastic! I wasn't rushed at all and she took the time to answer all my questions.. And even personally called me at home when I had a question... I will return for sure. This is going to be our new Urgent Care .... Best staff ever!!!!! read more

I want to say upfront the clinical care I received was professional and good quality, but unfortunately the billing and accounting side of the deal can use some revamping. I was weary of the fact that I had to keep a credit card on file during my visit until my insurance was filed to determine what I owed as a balance for the service. I got a bill in the mail for a different amount than what I initially was notified online that I owe out of pocket. I figured go ahead and pay the bill online and be done with it. Lo and behold the next day they charged me again on my card which sent me in the red on my bank account. Of course credit will take time to apply so in the meantime I will be hit with an overdraft fee. I tried calling their billing department and got the canned response that they're not held accountable for overdraft fees although they technically caused it. On top of it all my bank won't waive the OD fees so don't do me any favors people! BBT are the initials of my bank. All said and done I will not be choosing ChoiceOne Urgent Care again and highly advise nobody bother either. Urgent cares are a dime a dozen so what makes you stand out from the rest is how the customer service experience is delivered. Failure. read more

Very disappointed. I originally called yesterday evening to see if I could do a walk-in COVID test, as I had an exposure to a coworker who tested positive. They said my best bet was to come in right at 8 when they opened for a walk-in, so that's what I did. This was after being left on hold for 20 minutes, so my mother called and got right through to ask the question. I answer phones at a pharmacy, so it was obvious she forgot about me. I signed in and the website gave me an expected time of 9:45, which wouldn't work because I had work at 9. I went to the front desk and let them know, and they didn't seem to care too much so I just left. She called me while I was at work asking if I still there, which made me upset because I specifically stopped at the desk to let them know that. Then she told me I could come back for a 1:45 appointment. I arrived at 1:35. After 35 minutes, I was finally screened and put in an exam room. I sat in the exam room for over 20 minutes without any interaction, and I had to be back at work very soon. I finally had to leave the room and stopped by the front desk to let them know I wasn't trying to rush, but I had to go back to work and I didn't think it would take this long (especially with an appointment). I also had a COVID test done a few months earlier, and was out in and out in 30 minutes max. There was one other patient in there besides me, so it was all pretty infuriating. The lady at the front desk didn't seem to care nor did she try to help in any way or offer a compromise. I understand these kinds of places are very busy with the pandemic going on, which is why I've had patience since yesterday evening and was fine with coming back. But it's obvious to me now that they don't care about their jobs. I know this is a Northside Hospital provider, and I know how much they pride themselves on their service. This is the complete opposite of what I would expect from a Northside provider, so I would check in and make sure that these are the kind of people you want working there. Awful service. read more

Never had a negative experience here. Usually the doctors and staff are very attentive and I and my family are seen quickly. Today we found out that our daughter was exposed to someone with Covid, so we went in for tests. It was a bit of a busy evening there but we were still able to social distance from the folks in the waiting room. There's a big sign on the front door indicating that masks must be worn inside. A guy came in wearing a mask then took it off while he was waiting to talk on the phone and chew tobacco. We asked the person at the desk if she could call us when it was our turn because we were uncomfortable sitting indoors in the waiting room with a guy who was unwell and unmasked, particular when there are multiple signs all around noting that masks are required. Rather than remind the man that he needed to keep his mask on, she responded, "Well, he's at least six feet away from you." That was an unprofessional response, as it broke their own rules, and as a healthcare worker, she should know that it's just dead air circulating in the waiting room. There were another 3 people there that we overheard were likewise there for Covid tests. Not sure if this man needed one, but in a waiting room of possible Covid patients this was a really bad response. We waited in our car and we could see that the man never put his mask back on. This is a great location to get and out for non-emergency care, but I'm now questioning whether to find another nearby location where they actually enforce their own rules during this pandemic. After that experience, we no longer feel that they do what they can to maintain a safe environment. read more

Had an emergency with my son. I called the office and ask them if they would see us if we got there right at closing time. I was told as long as I get there by closing time. So we drove there got inside and was tuned away. We were told all the equipment was already turned off. We drove out there for nothing, that was the whole reason I called and check before driving out there. Will never go back. read more

Doctor Lee is a great doctor. She stitched my hand and is now treating my son for a shoulder injury. They are clean, have a new and modern facility, and quick. Highly recommended them to anyone, especially if you don't want to spend a fortune and four to six hours in a hospital emergency room. read more

I have had to visit ChoiceOne twice in three weeks due to my son having ear infections and his pediatrician could not fit him in or it was after hours. The facility is very clean and the staff is so nice and concerned with the patient. They made him as comfortable as possible which made me more comfortable. They made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. We felt like we were people and not just a number, They also do follow up calls to make sure everything is going well. If you should find a need for urgent care if highly recommend them. read more

The office is SO nice, modern, and feels very clean!! The staff are so nice! When I was sitting in my examination room, one PA asked me if I wanted coffee or water which I've never experienced at a doctors office hahaha. My primary care couldn't fit me into their schedule and another urgent care I went to, closer to my college, didn't help me as much as this urgent care. I drove an hour just to be seen by ChoiceOne, their staff as always was extremely friendly. I understood when they took someone ahead of me it was because their symptoms were more urgent than mine. I have been here many times since my first visit and would HIGHLY recommended this place to anyone. I was sad that Beth wasn't there today to see me. But I felt better when I saw my other favorite Ms. Justine. She is so nice and kind and keep me informed the entire time. The center is ALWAYS clean with no nothing on the floor. The rooms are always clean and smell nice. I wonder what they use to make it smell nice, I could use that in my dorm. read more
