I have recommended Northside Smash Reapirs to my family and friends (and colleagues) feeling assured that my loved ones would be in safe hands. Upon arriving at Northside Smash Repairs the female administration staff member offered me a coffee and my son a drink. Furthermore she went out of her way to find a TV show my son would enjoy watching and presented him with some colouring to keep him amused. She was very professional and thoughtful at all times. Steve Davies (who was extremely well presented) welcomed us warmly and immediately inspected my car. I was surprised when he wrote up a quote within minutes when I had previously been made to wait days to hear back from other companies. I was expecting the quote to be very expensive due to the lovely service I had received and also due to the immaculate presentation of their staff (very different to the other smash repair companies I had received quotes from). I was shocked when I was presented with a quote that was much lower than their competitors. Steve offered to start work on my vehicle immediately and explained that he would return my vehicle by "tomorrow" as the work required would need to be completed over two days. I was kept informed, throughout the entire process, of how the work was progressing and at what time I could collect my vehicle. Upon completion of my repairs my car was returned to me looking new and I was additionally presented with a paint correction pen (for future use on stone chips etc). I was overwhelmed by the outstanding service Steve had bestowed upon me. At all times Steve and the staff were extremely professional and accommodating in order to make the process as easy as possible for me. I wasn't surprised when I discovered that my employer was also extremely satisfied with the work he had also had completed by Steve and the team at Northside Smash Repairs.
