Every time I called, I got a live person (not a voice service) who was very informative,eager to help and friendly. I did everything over the phone and by mail to get my birth certificate Apostille, for dual citizenship purposes. Very straight forward and easy process . . . a piece of cake compared to the state of New Jersey (TRAIN WRECK) I was even able to request a new birth certificate and get it apostilled at the same time all over the phone/email. .. . remember you still must prove identification by drivers license AND PAssport (used in my case) which I faxed over to the office. I think it was $7.50 for the apostille and around $10 for the birth certificate this state was by far the easiest to get something apostilled and the cheapest ... NJ was the most expensive and the worst . . . but we'll save all that for another review

I have been a member of AAA for over 40 years. Until today I had never seen a AAA service person…read moreput a vehicle onto a tow truck. On my way home returning from the buffet at Prairie Band Casino my son and his wife stopped for gas and food at the Petro Deli a few miles south of Prairie Band. As I sat in the car awaiting my daughter to get chicken and my son to refuel the vehicle, I watched from beginning to end, a AAA Serviceman prepare a car for tow, and mount it on a large tow truck. I, have been described as a type-A OCD person. In this regard I adamantly prescribe to precision and efficiency. With a high dose of both precision and efficiency I watched this professional young man with care and concern position the car for placement on the lift. He took his time and double checked his work as he skillfully moved through the tedious process. Once the car was atop the tow truck, the man went back and checked his work, again. How impressive to know that AAA Servicemen operate in such a stellar fashion. This man whose name badge read, "Alex", made me proud to be a AAA member. What a tremendous asset Alex is to the AAA franchise. I felt like telling the world what a great job he did in behalf of AAA. So, today, I say, "Rock on, Alex! You, indeed, are a "Rock Star"; and, you are appreciated."
