The office staff suggested that we may have left them outside of the unit. A couple of weeks later, we discovered that a large flat screen TV was missing. Again, the office staff suggested that my spouse may have removed it?? A police report was filed and we learned that there has been a history of theft. We did purchase insurance, but our claim has been denied, stating that our insurance only covers fire and/or break-ins. We believe that this is an "inside job" and feel betrayed.
