This is not a place you want to live. The units are old, there hasn't been proper maintenance on them probably since the building opened. You will have one guy going through your trash if you move here (No idea how he hasn't been evicted). You will not have anything repaired correctly or in a timely manner. Most of the porches are in poor shape and will leak water and rusted metal from above, kind of scary when you think about what is left holding up all that concrete. The Postman was attacked here at some point in the past so you will have to pick up most of your packages at the local post office sense they will not enter the building, Ups, Fedex, and Dhl all deliver to your door if you sign a release form. The police and emt are here regularly, i suspect a majority of it is due to overdoses. You can see a lot of drug deals go down right in the parking lot. The parking lot has a few pot holes that can swallow cars alive, and they are at the entrances of the building so if someone else is going the other way you're in trouble. The parking lot also serves as dumping grounds for everyone's trash you will see people throw the mcdonalds bags out of their car in the parking lot, some people are too lazy to walk to the dumpsters so they dump their trash in the laundry rooms, lobby, or just outside in the parking lot. Speaking of the laundry rooms you do not want to rent a unit beside one, the machines are leased from Yankee Equipment Systems and they are LOUD you can hear them running and shaking the building no matter where you are at inside or out. None of the exterior doors lock here so its common for homeless people to come inside and sleep in the laundry rooms or just hang out in the halls/lobby. avoid this place like you would the plague. the place is a complete dump that lacks a lot of maintenance, they do not give back nor have your security deposit once you have moved in. and you are expected to live in a moldy unit with no heat and not complain. if you have section 8 housing their goon listens at your door while unit is being inspected and complains after with all the failures the inspector found. management is never there and 1 of them is a known sex offender this place is not for anyone with health related issues nor suitable for the sewer rats. once again i recommend you avoid this place read more

this place is a dump. management does not care and is a big joke, the driveway is in need of desperate replacing, parking is however you wish. the halls are always disgusting, units are moldy and a time warp. there is trash all over. maintenance is a joke and be prepared to wait months for anything to get fixed. the cops are always there because of all the drugs dealers living there, which management can't be bothered with. the place may have the cheapest rents in town, but in my opinion, you'd be better off living at willowbrook. read more

People here act like they were raised in India, they litter everywhere. One guy here goes through everyone's trash and now people leave their trash in the laundry rooms and the lobby. so of course there has been opened bags of trash littered in the apartment complex lobby for a few days now. oh yeah and watch out in the laundry rooms, a lot of homeless people have been sleeping in them lately. read more
