I have clients…read moreat Northgate and have a very hard time delivering meals to them because of the Manager Sandy. She gives me a hard time about anything she can. First it was parking now it's getting in to deliver the meals. She says I have to be there before 1 o'clock when she leaves or I can't get in unless one of my disabled Clients has to let me in. I can't always be there because sometimes I have to deal with emergencies that come up with clients. This woman I don't know why she is so mean but she should not be working there. My clients are disabled and find it very hard to be able to come from the third-floor to unlock the door for me. Maintenence gave me a key so I could get in and Sandy took it away with no reason for taking it. There is no elevator there is no doors that allow disabled people access this place is filthy it smells and my clients apartments have holes and are treated badly by the same person.

They either had in house resources or outside contractors that were prompt, did quality work and were reasonably priced. I don't know how we would have ever found and scheduled the number of trades required in reasonable time to get the house listed. Every call to them resulted in another problem solved. I don't know how we would have done it without them.
