The staff there are nice/friendly and every time I come for a cleaning, they do a thorough job and answer all my questions. They even clean your night guard for you if you request it, just tell them at the beginning of the visit so you don't need to wait around for it. The office is clean. And another bonus if you care is that the bathrooms on the floor have bidets. What's interesting for me at least is that everytime I go, I have had a different person tend to me. I really appreciate the front desk staff who are patient with me when it comes to scheduling my appointments as my schedule changes often and have to reschedule due to my work. They will also send you text reminder so you don't forget about your appt as time gets closer. Only other thing is that they used to have weekend opening but due to staffing they're hours are a little more limited now. Highly recommend checking them out!

Conveniently located in the heart of Little Falls (not far from the Willowbrook Mall), this modern facility features the latest tech and highly trained professionals to use it. The waiting room is spacious with plenty to entertain (although the waits are never long anyway) and the operatory rooms, sterile and comfy. Ample parking is available in the rear, but there is also a bus stop nearby if public transportation is more your thing. Even better than the office is the people that work for this practice. The entire staff here is warm and welcoming, from the administrators at the front desk to the assistants. Dr. Shahmehdi, who owns the practice, took the time to meet with me (even though I am not his direct patient) during one of my appointments. Dr. Sperling, the pediatric dentist, even struck up a conversation with me after one of my appointments; everyone is so friendly! Dr. Paparella, who has been my attending dentist, has been nothing short of brilliant. Before beginning any procedure--no matter how big or small--she briefly explains what she is going to be doing and why. I feel like I've learned so much about dental care and am much more at ease during procedures. She also has excellent bedside manners, always cognizant of any issues her patients have and does everything in her power to alleviate any concerns. Most importantly, she always takes her time and works meticulously. It is very clear that she takes pride in her work and cares about her patients. The assistants are just as competent and caring. Special shoutout to Nicolle, who assisted Dr. Paparella on my last visit. She was able to use the suction hose without triggering my annoyingly persistent gag reflex. They were both patient throughout my visit, even as I subconsciously started to close my mouth...repeatedly. Nicolle even dabbed my forehead with a paper towel when a drop of water splashed. These little things and attention to detail demonstrate the staff really does care about their patients. In short, whether you dread hearing the words "it's time for your 6-month checkup and cleaning" or are simply looking for a new practice, Picture Perfect Smile is simply...well, picture perfect.

From basic dentistry to implants, Dr. Reilly has transformed my mouth and I wouldn't have the results I do today without this team. There was so much I just didn't know about all-on-four implants. Like how Nobel is the original maker, and how the Nobel company has mandatory training. Or how it's not just implants, but possible bone grafts, sinus lifts, or extractions. I was determined to make these implants a reality from the moment Dr. Reilly sat me down and explained the process. He made it seem possible, and a few short years later, I had them. The thing most people don't know about all-on-four implants is the aesthetic skill required by the dentist, not just the knowledge. I would see advertising for overseas all on four implants at literally half the price, and I decided to thoroughly research it. What I found was those slashed prices included nothing other than the implants; all other dental work that may be required was charged additionally, including extractions, possible bone grafts, or sinus lifts, etc. also hotel expenses and/or return airfare and other ad hoc charges that may be applied. Most importantly, though, was the skill of the dentist. The States have rigorous educational requirements not always met in different countries. Anything can happen that the dentist must be prepared for, and, when dealing with a permanent solution to dental difficulties you want a dental team of perfectionists like Dr. Reilly and Dr. Dorfman.
