Back when they had later hours, it was still very good atmosphere even though there were those in some serious need. Plus they have all the hours for pharmacys in town.

I'm currently sitting at the pharmacy with ticket number 509, with 504 just called. I'm trying to…read morefill my RX from Tue & it's now Fri. Somehow, they manage to make even the most simple acts complicated. After getting a new order, one must take a ticket & sit to "activate" the med, then you wait again while they fill the order before you can go back up to pick it up. Mind you, if the order is sent to town, say, cvs, you'll typically have a text saying it's ready for pickup before you even get out of the parking lot. Why then, did I opt to fill at the base? Special med that may not be available to be dispensed at some other pharmacies. Now, once I get to the counter, I've already been advised that they will likely tell me that the med requires special authorization and I will have to come back again to have it activated, new number and all, despite being able to see the office of the doc I visited from this chair. Up to 506... Sigh... Oh, good news - they were able to confirm the approval live & now I just need to wait for the fill. They do now offer a text option once filled but I don't want to risk walking out without the med in hand

It gets a bit weird as the main floor you enter on is considered the 2nd floor (walk-in clinic) & to get to the 1st floor (radiology), you take the elevator down. Katie was the gal who tended to my mammogram. She was great at explaining what she was doing & why. I cannot say enough great things about this dental office. My husband and I both go there and have…read morealways had exceptional service and a fantastic experience. The first time my husband went in he had tooth pain and they discovered a very detrimental issue in his jaw that required immediate surgical attention. The dentist made him come back in on a Saturday -- guys, a SATURDAY. We spent a lot of money repairing his jaw/mouth but it was so worth it and we are so appreciative of the attention we received. Ever since that incident, we visit this office for our routine cleanings. The office: - is clean - provides drinks and snacks - plays music during the cleaning - has the dentist complete the cleaning! (never had this at any other dental clinic) - works through paperwork, insurance and payments easily
