I walked in not knowing what to expect, (because I'm a young adult trying to fit into the "adulting" world) and she happily walked me through everything! She talked to me the entire time about my future career, talked about her schooling, and she was very easy to talk to! The lower cost beds here are a little on the older side but they change all the light bulbs on a regular basis so they seem to provide very even nice tans.
