quality is very inconsistent, the first photo is the nails that i left with this last appointment,…read morethe second photo is nails that i've left with a couple months ago. I waited 20 mins for my appointment to start, and was never given colors until 5 mins before i got brought to a chair. i'm in nursing school, so i need my nails very short and neutral colored. the guy i was with (chair 2) made me feel bad for wanting my nails short, and made me feel bad for wanting the common "milky white" color. he asked, "do you always do milky white?" in a very condescending tone. the color clearly looks like it needs another coat, and the shape is awful. i felt very rushed. i usually get beautiful nails (the second picture) and i feel like today i left with duck nails. i paid and still tipped (because he was sitting at the pay station watching me sign the receipt), said thank you and was not thanked or spoken to after paying before i left the salon. i went down the road to target after my appointment to get a nail file to fix them myself. i even used this photo as a reference. i usually love the outcome of my nails from this place but will not be rebooking with whoever works at chair #2.

The next time I went back, a different guy did pedicure and it was absolutely horrible. He wasn't consistent with what he did for each leg / foot at all, and had someone else finish the polish portion. Find that this is a common thing in this area (WI Rapids) where someone starts pedicure and someone else does the polish. They must be trying to get more in tip $$$. Will not go back to this place!

When I moved however I tried finding a place and I was completely disappointed by everywhere I tried. So much so that stopped getting my nails done. It's been 2 years since the last time I walked into a nail salon. The other day someone came to my work and I liked her nails. She told me she goes to nails and spa so I decided to go ahead and give it a try. I'm so happy with my out come! I will definitely be back! My only irritation was that they charged $45 for my 11 year old SON to have a pedicure. No nail polish was used on him. I think that's a crazy price!

I was a little flabbergasted cause why not the only thing I can think of is because I'm black cause I was not even been rude or anything I barely even said anything to them so that kinda make me feel like shit cause I've never had that kinda experience before. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here if your skin is a little different.
