I was told at the beginning that I had some degeneration in my lower spine going on....which is true of us all as we get older. I have had two visits with this lady and along with treatment she gave me advice with stretching and diet which has worked wonders to relieve the pain and discomfort. Of the times I've seen him, he has placed my rib back in place many times. He has fixed a migraine that had lasted days. I once had the worst stiff neck ever that lasted 3 days and I couldn't turn my head all the way one direction. Not like it was painful to do so, but I physically could not get that direction. He did 3 different maneuvers and within seconds I could feel the pain subsiding and I could finally turn my head again. I had some muscle pain from not treating more quickly that healed over the next few days but the excruciating pain and limitation of movement were gone. I've had a fever that broke within an hour of treatment and honestly there's probably more. He's always polite and honest about treatment. I love Dr. Donna and Dr. Loney both. They're just super kind people that obviously care and know what they're doing.

I had issues after being numbed for the procedure due to sinus drainage but they gave me a few to calm my nerves and adjusted the chair so I didn't feel like I was drowning, and all was good. The root canal was quick, all though I can't say painless, but I didn't really expect painless. The office staff was exceptional and the spa experience was nice yet very new to me. 100% A+ to all in my opinion.

Do NOT bring your special needs kids here if it can be avoided , my daughter wasn't just giving them a hard time for fun , she was legitimately terrified & shaking . She was high on the meds they gave her which I thought was excessive to have her take 6 mg of Ativan before even arriving , then the laughing gas ! She wouldn't tilt her had back fully bc she was afraid , she was crying , and they were aware she was special needs when the appointment was made . Myself and a staff member were nicely telling her to lay her head back and she was starting to slowly do it when the Dr., who had been in the room less than 5 minutes started saying in a loud tone , very close to yelling " lay you head back !!! Lay your head back !!! Lay your head back !!!! He then was moving the mask on her face around so aggressively it was pulling her entire face back , And then he abruptly turned off all his equipment and sighed and said , " so our next option is anesthesia and insurance doesn't cover it blah blah blah " I was just standing there stunned , in shock but also looking at my child who was disoriented and upset , which I would be too if a Dr just treated me like I was just an inconvenience who was taking to to much of his time in less than 5 min !! I have never seen a doctor act like that ! He was ok at first and then he just snapped. It's worth noting also that if for any reason the surgery does not happen then you do not get the $200 back for the meds you paid cash for . My mom ended up going back there and the dr said " fine we can try it again " and by the grace of god it got done. The entire time I was in the waiting room I just kept replaying the way he teated my kid simply for being afraid . A special needs child already has so many struggles and so many bullies , you don't expect to find it in a place like this . So I spend the next few hours in his waiting room where I witnessed a lot , he had done something in our case already that had made me question if it was even legal , or at minimum , Medicaid fraud , and I wasn't going to mention that until I saw another review where another lady mentioned the same , so I know it's not just me being paranoid . This place is just a money making machine for him and I doubt he even sees these patients like people , but instead just dollar signs and the ones that are not immediately compliant are coming between him and his money and it will not be tolerated by this guy . I would never and will never put the care of my child in this guys hands ever again !

I'm writing this in September. Just having had complex surgery with Dr. Brandon Baker. The surgery…read moreis a result of an untreated injury to my right foot in January. I am a 100% service connected veteran and was seen by the VA, a Podiatrist, where my immense pain and swelling was disregarded and I was ignored. I sought a second opinion with Anderson Central Indiana Orthopaedics where the injury- a Lis-franc, was identified but I was encouraged to begin rehabilitation immediately. Hurting greatly still, I sought another opinion for my pain from Methodist Sports Medicine Group, who also promoted rehabilitation. My wife uses Dr Crowell of IPG who offered to look over my case. Dr. Crowell within 2 visits identified a thoughtful course of care that included identifying the problems- their were a few different ones, resolution (surgery) and rehabilitation. Unfortunately for me but fortunately for them, Dr. Crowell gave birth and her Podiatric surgeon husband, Dr. Brandon Baker was brought into see to my continued care. Pre surgery assessment (with Dr Crowell consulting :) ) and surgery, post surgery consult were all PHENOMENAL!!! This office and IPG Noblesville is highly recommended!!!!!
