If I could give them zero stars I would. They have the highest tank rental fees of anyone in the area, and throw extra charges on every bill. I got so fed up that I canceled my service and then they charged me at a rate of $340/hr to pickup the tank. This is a terrible company to deal with. Whenever we needed gas it would take three weeks to get it delivered. For some unknown reason our name got dropped off the delivery list several times. One time the driver called to let us know that he was on the way and never arrived! Two weeks later, after another phone call, they graced us with their presence and delivered the much needed propane. We have decided to go with another company and have asked them to come get their equipment . lo and behold three weeks later it is still in my front yard. read more
