DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Paid a hefty deposit for them to deliver minimal material. Took 4 weeks to move a small amount of gravel - base was not installed properly as grass was growing up through the gravel. Fed them a couple more payments during this time hoping it would encourage them to move the job along. Northern Concrete Solutions admitted they had erred and were going to refund some money. We have reached out to them several times and, not surprisingly, have received no response. Finally, had no choice but to cut our losses ($16K) and hire someone else. Extremely frustrated! This company is intentionally scamming people. Contract agreed in May 2025 to provide new landscape cap stones and level inerlocking brick at the front entrance to my house. Paid a downpayment of $4400 to allow them to purchase the new stones with the promise to finish the work by the end of August 2025. Constant lies and excuses used not to do the work and deception with no materials ever provided. At the end of August Bill Schriver promised a full refund and never paid me back. THE WORST EXPERIENCE hired him because a reputable real estate agent in north bay boasted about him. we had to sign a contract and pay 5k upfront. nothing was done but creating a bigger mess. did not show up when he said he would. created more of a mess for our NEW BUILD foundation. requested more money but nothing was ever done. Payed a down payment to have a foundation poured he put in a wooden box claimed that was 8k in labour and demanded the rest of the payment before continuing to work. Stole our down-payment refuses to contact and down right terrible work performance, if you want someone to show up at noon and work till 430 with a 2 hour break I will be reporting them for theft as I am apparently not the only one dealing with these issues read more
