Fed them a couple more payments during this time hoping it would encourage them to move the job along. Northern Concrete Solutions admitted they had erred and were going to refund some money. We have reached out to them several times and, not surprisingly, have received no response. Finally, had no choice but to cut our losses ($16K) and hire someone else. Extremely frustrated! Have no idea how these people sleep at night knowing they are INTENTIALLY DECEIVING CLIENTS.
