Come dec I was having issues with my furnace so called them up,sent 2 guys again( which is totally uncalled for) couldn't find an issue blah blah jump ahead a few weeks,they finally actually CLEANED the furnace which they should of done months ago and said well here's your problem it's full of cat hair!!!
