Come dec I was having issues with my furnace so called them up,sent 2 guys again( which is totally uncalled for) couldn't find an issue blah blah jump ahead a few weeks,they finally actually CLEANED the furnace which they should of done months ago and said well here's your problem it's full of cat hair!!! They came out 3 more times, tried 2 different parts and still it's not working. Now, I have to buy another fridge. I've asked for a refund of at least $240, even though I have lost about $300 in groceries and have the 3 receipts. They should keep $40 - but I wish the 1st visit it was figured that it wasn't something that couldn't be fixed. I gave a good review on Thumbtack that will be edited to reflect the other 3 visits. I am still waiting on them to give the refund. As you can see from all of my reviews- I'm fair and neutral but don't waste your time unless you pay the $40 and get other estimates.
