Established in 2018.

New local business open 2018. Serving North Bay and area

Meet the Business Owner: Darren D.

After 15+ years working for a well known local contractor and providing service for a large rental company, Darren has decided now is a great time to open his own business. Why did I choose the name "Pawsitive"? We have a large family and lots of dogs. My fiance owns her own dog grooming business. And finally, the service and installation Darren provides is always positive....so naturally, I decided on the name Pawsitive!

They came out 3 more times, tried 2 different parts and still it's not working. Now, I have to buy another fridge. I've asked for a refund of at least $240, even though I have lost about $300 in groceries and have the 3 receipts. They should keep $40 - but I wish the 1st visit it was figured that it wasn't something that couldn't be fixed. I gave a good review on Thumbtack that will be edited to reflect the other 3 visits. I am still waiting on them to give the refund. As you can see from all of my reviews- I'm fair and neutral but don't waste your time unless you pay the $40 and get other estimates.

It was also helpful for me to know where the sewer pipes were located under the house. They were not where I thought they were. While the toilet was up, Eric helped clear the S-trap of blockages and then got the toilet settled back down (the wax seal was just a day old so I figured it would still work). He was here for about 2 hrs and doing a lot of work, going outside a couple of times with his locator to show me where to dig to deal with the roots. The bill for his services was low. I expected it to be twice as high, possibly three times as high. I'd have no hesitation in getting Eric's people again, and highly recommend him. Friendly, personable, professional, great prices.
