Also on that letter was a request asking that you call the office to sign up for recycling, which you never did. When I came to pick up your garbage and noticed you didn't separate paper/cardboard from the commingled, and also noticed you weren't on the recycling list, yes, I threw it in my truck. I'm not surprised you never saw another truck come by for recycling. I don't expect someone to stare out the window all day examining who drives down their road. But I assure you that our recycling truck was on your road every Thursday morning picking up your neighbor at #28....who called and signed up....and also separated recycling like we had asked. I was in the process of explaining that to you when you yelled at me to leave everything, and stormed back inside. I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding about recycling and you felt duped.
