$24,189.86 MISTAKE I took the HVAC/R course. I finish my…read morefinal class in two more days and I do not feel prepared for this field after spending 15 long month at this school. Which is partially my fault BUT.. this is my review on the school. In my 15 months at this school I saw 3 or 4 different instructors come and ago which in my opinion is a great indication of the poor leadership of this school. Underpaid and mistreated instructors cause distractions to not only the class that loses the instructor but also the other classes that have 20+ student thrown into their classrooms while their instructor is forced to teach two courses at once. The instructors are there from 7 A.M. until 10:30 P.M. which means by the time the night class starts they are exhausted and probably do not give the same effort they would during the day class. The classes seem to be over full making it difficult for the instructor to give any individual guidance in the very few lab hours we actually have. Now on to my biggest complaint of all. This school is 100% in this to make money. They do not care about you or any other student, (some instructors and office staff probably do but not the schools owners) They just simply want your money. Things that are mandatory in the HVAC, EX: changing filter driers any time you open a HVAC System (approx $10 part), are skipped because "they wont give us the funds this quarter to buy filter driers." Taking short cuts in the classroom is training students to take short cuts in the field. My final complaint and the main reason I am giving you this warning is when I originally decided to go to W.T.I. in Tulsa, I signed an enrollment agreement and worked out a payment plan to pay $23,777.62 and I paid all my payments as scheduled and even paid my last 3 month of payment early just to be finished paying. Less than two weeks left of school and they send me a bill saying I still owed them money and If I did not pay the additional money that they would not allow me to have my graduation certificate. After looking over everything with the financial add lady in the office she informed the that I some how had to pay $24,189.86 even though I have signed paper work agreeing to the original amount that I do have to pay that extra $327.81 in order to finish my course but nobody can tell me what the extra charges are even for.

I'm about 6 months away from graduating and I am not impressed with this school. I started…read moreattending during covid, so I was expecting certain things to not be 100%. My first semester we had a teacher, who's very first class, as an instructor, was ours. We were suppose to spend 3-4 days a week in class every week, then we had to split up "THE 60 STUDENTS" that we had, in class into two groups, due to covid restrictions. Now 30 of us are doing 2 days in class and the rest at home, vise versa with the other 30 students. 1 day in class is book and homework, the other is not even 1 day in lab, which is what we are paying $22,000 for.....KNOWLEDGE. The first instructor rushed through the entire semester, I struggled most of the way even after asking questions and talking with other students, so that was that. The start of the second semester me and my family got covid which kept me at home from school for a month. During that time, our instructor was fired then they hired another one. Was told zoom videos would be made to help us do virtual labs, that didn't happen. Still not getting the lab time that we should. Always get promised lab time and either, we get into lab and everyone messes around, or something happens and we don't have class. IM PAYING FOR SCHOOL LOANS THAT ARE A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!!!! Again, Covid changed alot but the time we have in class i just feel, is a waste of my time, driving and gas. If anybody asked if I would recommend this school, I would tell them to go find a better school, because even if I graduate, I have not had enough lab time for things that we have already past, nor and stuff that we are learning now. The Director truly does not care, he, along with the front office are only concentrating on one thing, thats sugar coating everything, building the school up, making it look like its the only education you will ever need to get you your high paying, career, dream job......oh and the MONEY. I will never have anything good to say about this place. DO NOT GO TO THIS TRADE SCHOOL. FIND ANOTHER ONE.

Starting in 2010, Ive taken every certification they have offered, and my SDA License. The other review on here, I was present for the range day they describe. They are bellyaching and hamming it up because they don't actually understand structure and discipline. Yes is was a rain filled miserable day, but you could have checked the weather. You were told exactly what to expect two days prior to the range day (and the ammunition part was in the syllabus and on the website when you signed up for the class.) Everyone was treated with the appropriate amount of respect for their actions. If the 18 year old kids were cutting up, they did get called out on it. These instructors did everything they could to create a mature and safe environment to let everyone test for their firearms licenses. 10/10 would recommend to other folks (and have done so) Allen H.

One word: UNPROFESSIONAL! If you want a quick class that is CLEET approved to obtain your license,…read morethen this is a place you can receive that. The content is taught and what will be on the State Exam is made clear. This is ran essentially by a Father and Son team, with others that come in and assist. The Son that teaches the classes, especially Phase I and II and the classroom portion of Phase IV, keeps the information interesting with colorful banter and extras. However BEWARE! He can also flip and Become a "drill sergeant" screaming and yelling in your face. His father runs the range portion of Phase IV. This was the most ridiculous and Unprofessional range, class, or whatever you would call it, that has occurred! This old man Literally SCREAMS at the top of his lungs at people for any little thing that he does not like. You are NOT allowed to think at all the entire day. If you think for yourself he flips out on you and screams, yells, and degrades you in front of EVERYONE! They literally treat you worse than a private in the military going through basic training. My experience? It was pouring rain and freezing. The day before when we received our instructions, the son stated that it may be raining so we should bring ALL gear that could possibly be needed for any type of inclement weather and put in our car just to be prepared. The OLD MAN does not allow cell phones on your person, your gear or anything. Or allow you to give anyone a phone number for emergencies, or allow you to tell anyone your exact location. So if you have an emergency that people need to contact you, or could, this is not the class for you. So, when we got there it was a nice temperature and not raining. We got to the range at 8am and they BS'd and did nothing but yell and scream randomly at people, until 10 am and THEN started to move people through to start shooting. In that time prior, it had started to rain and the temperature dropped significantly. The Old man would not allow ANYONE to go to their vehicles to retrieve any items that they did not bring out on the range with them. They would not allow us to sit under the porch thing that was there and forced us to stand out in the pouring rain the entire day, while this Old Man sat inside with a tv, heater, and a crock pot of food. Some people didn't have a coat or anything and were shivering and in the pouring rain and the brave ones that asked to go to get their things received a horrific public lashing and then everyone was screamed at that we were not allowed to come under the porch or get anything from our vehicles. You had to ask to even use the bathroom. They have job corp kids that came through and #1 they were treated like absolute dirt. Normal paying people were treated like we were substandard people that did not deserve to even be in this old mans presence, but the job corp kids were treated in a disgraceful manner that I would not even wish on my worst enemy. They put out this info that if you use their weapons you have to provide them with ammunition for them and if you use your personal weapon you must bring your own ammo. The Job Corp people did not have any ammo with them. Then when you get there with your personal ammo even when you have your personal weapon, they make you put it out and you have to let anyone use your ammo and you end up using whatever ammo is laid out. I understand safety on a range is extremely important. I understand that some people that go through this class have never shot a weapon before, but to treat people the way that occurred is completely unacceptable and these people need some form of punishment for this. And you say, "oh well stand up for yourself and don't take it" right? WRONG! They are a private institution, they think they can do whatever they want and if you have an issue? They, as a private institution, have the right to tell you to leave immediately, they make you aware of this and state that they will fail you and you will NOT be given a refund or your ammunition back. As well as any ammo not used of yours that you brought, you don't get that back either. So, if you want to be treated as a substandard human being that does not have the right to even be in these Instructors presence, to be degraded, humiliated, screamed at, and pay a substantial amount of money for it? Then this is the place for you. CLEET should revoke their authorization of this place because disgraces the security profession and gives CLEET a bad name!
