The parking is a dream and their location easy to find, the front office staff is SUPER FRIENDLY, I didn't have wait at ALL...they run their appointments right on time. Dr Dimeola made me feel very welcome as soon she came in the room, she took the time to explain in detail what she was doing and the pricing, and the most amazing thing....she used this vibrating tool that fools the nerves into not feeling pain while doing the Botox injections!!! This was LIFE changing magic, as I've been to other places where I feel like they're injecting the needle into my skull and my eyes tear up!!! If I could give them more starts I would!!!!

I love this business whenever I'm in South Burlington. They are friendly and great injectors.read more

After driving 10 hrs to visit St. Albans, VT for the week and various (fun) activities while I've been here, I decided I was in desperate need of a massage. Empower Medspa fit me in for a 90 min deep tissue massage with Heather D. Let me tell you it was FANTASTIC! I'm a real spa and massage snob so I was hesitant to book at a medspa where massage really isn't the main focus. However, this massage was just what I needed! Heather was very knowledgeable of the pain and disc issues I had, as well as of the human body. She dug right in to my pain points and loosened my muscles significantly, it was a huge relief. She even had me turn on each side to really dig into spots that most massage therapists rarely touch. I highly recommend Heather and the Empower medspa!!

The second time they texted me type 'c' to confirm and I texted back 'cancel.' They didn't accept it and billed me for TWO cancellations and I haven't even been to their office yet. Also, my insurance is one of the best that covers free yearly cleaning. They claims my insurance didn't cover the full cost and won't tell me what the insurance didn't cover. You can see my 'detailed' bill in the images. They are disrespectful and unethical. I will be contacting state licensing and BBB. Only go here if you want to be charged for services you never received.
