I am very disappointed with Northeast Auto Liquidators. I purchased a (supposedly) brand new 2025 Heartland Mallard 17bhl from them recently. In the bathroom there was a 10x10 picture handing on the wall above the toilet. I assumed this was just to make it a little more pleasant to the eye. Upon removing this I found that it was hiding an approximately 6"x6" hole in the inside wall of the camper and severe damage to the foam insulation. This prompted me to look on the outside where you could see cracks in the fiberglass repair they unsuccessfully tried to perform corresponding with the inside hole. I ended up printing a vinyl decal and covering the outside temporarily to keep moisture from getting into the cracks and hanging a medicine cabinet to hide the hole on the inside. Then I looked up at the ceiling and noticed several greasy fingerprints that looked odd. Later that day I was hanging a backup camera and noticed there were two holes approximately 2 inches round in the roof that had been repaired with tape. My assumption is that 2 tree branches went through the roof, through the ceiling and through the back wall and they did a very poor job of repairing and hiding the damage. None of this was disclosed to me when I purchased the camper. Now I have a camper that I paid a good amount of cash for with structural damage that will almost certainly give me issues down the road. I also pointed out that there was anti freeze under the sink and she said she checked it and there was no issue. When I got it home I put water in the sink and it ran out the bottom into the cabinet. I removed the sink drain and there was no gasket under the strainer so I had to go purchase one. The cherry on top of the cake was the dead battery and empty propane tank. There was also no paperwork (manuals) whatsoever with the camper. I recommend staying as far away from this shady dealer as possible. read more
