As a local business owner and rental property owner, I would advise any property owner AGAINST…read moreusing Real Property Management Seacoast as their property managers. They will let unsafe repair requests go unresolved for over two years and put your tenants at risk. RPM has numerous complaints against them for forcing out good tenants and will cause you to lose money from the excessively high turnover. If you are a prospective tenant, go with a different apartment.

Wish we could give a zero/warning. We haven't even moved in…read moreyet and they're already being difficult! The fact that demanded paperwork and companies put everything in our name BEFORE WE EVEN OCCUPY THE PROPERTY is absurd!!!!! The fact that if you Don't get them their requested information within 24 hours, mind you ALL during the hours you work... You get a 150 dollar FEE! THE HELL?!? Check this out .. the property manager is refusing to replace the tub when the tubs/shower is unsanitary, rusted out, has Chunks of HAIR caught in the toggle plate, mold,, and corroded metal, and dripping faucet.... Health code violation much??? Update: after filing small claims lawsuit, letter to the NH Attorney General, Letter with evidence packet, letter to Consumer Protection Bureau with evidence packet, email and phones calls to code Enforcement Officer of Middleton,NH and over 10 back and forth emails from myself to RPM with legal assistance, they finally caved and my wife and I were successfully free from the lease!! Of course will waiting for reimbursement of ALL monies including the electric bill that I was responsible for even though we NEVER ONCE too possession of the property or moved in. Listen to your intuition!!!! If something feels wrong Listen to it!! If what they're asking you to do isn't normal to you...DO NOT do it! Aka, do NOT put utilities in your name before taking possession of the property...legally they can NOT ask you to do that! Do a VERY thorough walk through and look at and note EVERYTHING wrong in the property-take LOTS of pictures and videos and when taking videos talk out loud in it so they know exactly what room your in and what your seeing and note Date and Time for everything as well! Write EVERYTHING down and request ALLLLL communication with them be in writing! Be it text or email because you have all of that for proof and protection in case you end up in my situation. Please do NOT be afraid to contact me if you need/want to. When you know something is wrong, again, please PLEASE Listen to your gut! You will dodge a massive bullet! The saying is true, "When you see something, SAY SOMETHING!". I DID and I'm so sooo glad I did and followed by gut and Never took occupancy or possession of the property. Update: when I was there last, I did mold tests... I'm sooo so so incredibly glad we dodged this bullet. Check out these results .. and this was JUST from the drain, the molded and rusted out toggle plate that had hair coming out of it, and behind it in the wall area... Check out the photos and video!!! I was SHOCKED at the results, however I shouldn'T have been.

3/20/26 Update to the post below: The security deposit has been returned…read more 3/13/26 Use caution when renting from Central Falls Realty. They are unresponsive when renting from them and have not returned our security deposit. We rented an apartment from them at Crown Point Rd. in Dover for a year. The building was run down and they didn't take care of the parking lot appropriately in the winter. The contact person was not available and would not return calls. It's been three months since we moved out and they have not refunded the security deposit or provided any information as to why it hasn't been refunded. They called back once to ask what account it should be refunded to and said it would be processed, but that was over a month ago.

Be careful renting from this company. I moved into an apartment on Sheffield Drive that they own…read morebecause the interior was beautiful. It didn't take long after moving in to realize that the building sounds like it was built with cardboard. I hear every sound my neighbors make. Especially my upstairs neighbors that stomp and thump until well past 2am almost every single day. They've stomped two air vents out of our ceiling. I haven't gotten a good night of sleep in about 9 months. When I contacted the landlord about this issue (3 times by phone, 4 times by email) they ignored me every single time! They even ignored me when I contacted them about another tenant's guest urinating on cars in the parking lot. Avoid Central Falls Realty at all costs.
