Absolutely terrible place. Took my daughter for her 8th birthday. Never visiting again. Staff are…read morenice and helpful, but my main gripe is the prices. Absolutely shocking. Just over £40 for 2 games with 4 adults and a child which given we were there for just under an hour is disgusting. No offer to give us a 3rd game or anything for the birthday girl to make it feel special. When on the lane, we were approached by a friendly young man who offered us drinks. I asked for 2 small cokes and a lemonade - no prices were offered. He went and got the drinks, upon his return he asked for £5.55. For small cup drinks with no ice or anything that is absolute extortion. Putting this in perspective, a similarly sized drink in McDonalds costs 99p and has ice and tastes like the real thing. This tasted like rola cola. Then there was the dry ice sprayed over the lanes, this gave me a sore throat. Theres the repetition of cheesy One Direction-esque songs on repeat at such a high volume it was difficult to speak at a normal volume. Terrible experience.

sorry people. but. this LA BOWL i dont really recommend going to play in it…read more its big. has its own bar etc. mini arcade area. however dont be fooled by the looks. it looks amazing inside. but when u start bowling u will see why i say that. the lanes are too small. the lanes dont go smooth. I AGREE that it needs a refurbishment. coming from sheffield, we have a HOLLYWOOD bowl. which is better. and i would recommend that more than this one. but doesnt mean travel all the way to sheffield just to have a bowling game. lol

As playbarns go this is a good one. However on a Saturday lunchtime it can be absolute bedlam &…read morecomplete chaos. The problem is that the play area is so vast that its very easy to lose a child in there & sometimes its so noisy that you wouldn't be able to hear a kid in trouble. Also they have parties which are obviously great if you're with the party but it does feel like there are too many going on at once - just that bit too crowded for my liking. However its clean and friendly. They have good food, reasonably priced & they also don't charge (or haven't charged me at any rate) a 2nd child when the 1st one is attending a party which I think is good practise.

Would not use this venue out of choice!!! The management are…read moreappalling and don't listen and take time to understand important things such as medical conditions. Ignorance is key at this venue and lacking understanding. Warning for anyone with a serious medical condition you won't be taken seriously and all they care about is other children not those with problems/disabilities. Furthermore the kitchen lie! Stating products were free from gluten on one occasion but when enquires where made WEEKS later about something else it was disclosed that they are cooked in same fat as products containing gluten. This was asked and not disclosed! Real negligence!!!!! Furthermore the manager does not listen and speaks over you. Key part of customer service is to listen to customers. Do not expect your voice to be heard if you have a problem or complaint! Better going to other venues like the jungle up the road or fuzzy eds in stretton or Warrington... Children there are individual and all cared for regardless of circumstances and parents queries are listened to and taken seriously. I would have been booking my son a birthday party here as its a large area but the ignorance poor customer service and lack of respect towards medical conditions means I will never be booking anything here again!!!!!!!!!

I bring that food for my fussy baby, do they sell baby foods that my baby will eat? She should observe first if that food is going inside my mouth and not my baby's mouth. That staff ruined my day and I just go home after that coz I feel embarrassed and not welcome at all.
