When we picked up the car and MOT certificate, they had ripped off the advisory notice telling us that there were problems with the tyres. Not good, esp as we advised we were going on a long journey immediately. They'd wrapped the fuse box in a bin bag (i kid you not), the oil was low and none of the internal fuses worked. Drove to dorset after sorting it out, tried to start the car the next day and were told by the AA that the car had the wrong battery in and that's why it wouldn't start! Called to try and get the hundred quid the battery cost and got a mouthful of abuse, complete with swearing. Avoid at all costs.

Bought my wife's Fiat 500 Twinair from this dealer and received great service. Took it for its…read morefirst MOT and what a difference. During the day they (a)lost the car and then (b) managed to damage the bodywork, requiring paintwork. Now we live a good journey away but I have always been a believer in staying with the dealer you purchase from. Loyalty etc. Long story short they had three goes at repairing it, during which time it clocked a staggering 800 miles and used a large amount of fuel, and it's still not fixed properly. Be warned the body shop they use is miles away and your car will be driven by god knows who to take it there. Be doubly warned as whilst there on my 2nd visit for paintwork I saw someone elses shiny white pride and joy being serviced. The front bumper cover had been removed and was laying face down on the concrete. Not good paractice. I pointed it out to the service manager who advised "it wasn't my concern"! Being honest I was supposed to get in touch with the Manager of the facility after I returned from summer holiday, with a view to getting things sorted out, but my wife and I are both self employed and frankly don't have the time or inclination to chase something that in my opinion should be a priority to any business that has "screwed up". We have decided that we'll trade the car in and it will be our last Fiat, and my advice is that if you're thinking of buying one then fine but DO NOT let them service it. They don't care.

So take it to 2 garages for independent reviews they both said its shouldn't be on the road they passed its mot with 6 issues that needed repaired before being sent out! Luckily enough i had it on finance,i had sent over the reports from quick fit to the finance and the garage to report the issues,they accepted the car back,so we take it bavk week later the 29th January to be greeted with Neil with disgusting attitude towards myself before I could step out the car demanding keys! Then he starts again coz he couldn't find service book in glove box where it was left when took car home, not that they need it anyway as they didn't service it! I paid towards a cambelt and water pump on the car they refused to pay me my money back on the day,so its being handed over to the finance complaints at min to get it back! He wasn't happy we took it to quick fit for health check,they dont believe my mechanics they believe there's, it had a snapped drop link,break pipes about to burst,disc and pads needed changing as working on 40-50%!they have readvertised it back on the forcourt with those issues!
