The team at Jacobson Repair deserves more than 5 stars…read more Memorial Day our truck decided the tranny wasn't needed. Needless to say after multiple calls found most shops closed or totally booked. After reaching out to Jacobson and booking an appt we had a call back with a appt opening for us to get it in right away Tuesday. Wednesday we got a call w the verdict of necessary parts and repairs...new tranny ordered and by Friday afternoon Truck was ready for pick up and total cost came in under estimate. This team went above and beyond with their communications in the first place but today...weeks later we get a call asking how the truck was running! That kind of customer service has earned this shop our loyalty for all repairs my DIY man can't handle. Thank you Jacobson Repair!

The staff was honest and helpful, and treated me like a human - not like a woman in a car shop. I've never felt taken advantage of with regard to quotes or fixes like at other places. I had such a great experience after my first time that I switched my oil changes and other services to Jacobson, as well as recommend them to friends and coworkers.

Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced! I have my other vehicle being serviced there now and they have been working on it while waiting on other parts (belt and water pump) and I can rest assured they will have it fixed and very reliable when it's finished. It's hard to find a shop to work on your vehicle at a reasonable price AND do a great job! I'm lucky this shop is right down the hill from me. Great job guys!

On a recent hunting trip my aftermarket Magnaflow muffler system broke off at the flange just behind the Catalytic Converter. I was told by Duxlers repair shop on Skokie Blvd in Northbrook, IL that my piping had rusted out and was no good any more. I was quoted nearly $450 to replace the piping. As this was a stainless system that I spent nearly $500 on, I tried to get a warranty replacement. After I could not find my receipt for my system, I decided that it would be best just to have my old stock system put back on. My stock system was stored up north so on my latest trip up, I took my truck to M & D. It's a small blue building just off of the main drag in Norway, MI. I was told that the piping was still good and all it would take is a little welding, a little time, and a little money. Little is the key word here. He was done in about 40 minutes and I was out the door for $35!!!! They have a customer for LIFE! And Duxler has lost one more customer.

Did a very messy job of putting sealant on the plastic liner where it attaches to metal frame as the sealant dripped down on plastic liner and every time I rolled window up and down I had to use wd-40 to clean driver window off of sealant. Finally tired of it as I thought it was just road tar, but it kept happening so I removed the driver door panel and found this mess and the incomplete job on light connection. For what it costs i should not have had to do this. I'll look for another shop in the chance I need one in the future.

We called Integrity Auto and spoke with Gavin who couldn't have been nicer and empathetic to our situation. He navigated us to a rental car company at the nearby airport, a taxi company to pick me up to get the rental and my husband went with the tow truck to Integrity Auto. They happily took in our Land Rover and worked with our mechanic back in Illinois to help diagnose the issue. They held our car overnight, gave us report of what it was and charged us a very, VERY generous amount to only inspect the car. Not that I hope to break down again in Michigan, but we were lucky to have found Gavin and Integrity Auto. They are knowledgeable, friendly and honest.
