I've given this theater multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. The only reason it remains open is because it's the only option in town. The facility is poorly maintained--soda machines and bathrooms are frequently out of order, and the screens have visible lines or damage that ruin the viewing experience. They also charge a 5% fee for credit card purchases, which is frustrating and frankly just the cost of doing business in 2025. One of the most frustrating experiences was when I went to see Wicked on opening day. They sold me a ticket after warning me there "might" be seats left--but there were none. I had already purchased popcorn, and when I went to request a refund for both, they gave me a hard time about the popcorn--even though I had only been there for five minutes and hadn't touched it. I've supported this theater out of convenience, but I'm done. I'd rather make the drive to Fort Wayne than spend another dollar here. read more

If you're looking for a very poor movie experience look no further than North Pointe Cinemas in Warsaw, Indiana. The lobby was disgusting, stained carpet and crumbs everywhere. Rude employees who like to objectify female customers. You're not allowed to go to the bathroom once the movie has started. The only half decent part of the experience was the movie. read more

Absolutely awful customer service from the manager with purple bangs. Completely disrespectful and overall had a sour attitude right off the bat. I would recommend getting somebody who can manage their temper before put in charge of managing a team. The employees deserve better. read more

Well, as the only movie theater in town, these guys really have the market cornered. Prices are reasonable, and they seem to show most blockbuster movies. There is a definite family/kid friendly theme, which fits the town. I was actually surprised to see the latest Guillermo del Toro movie was playing. They do have shorter hours in the fall/spring, and longer hours in the summer, which makes sense with demand and school schedules. Friendly staff, and free refills on snacks. The audience is pretty respectful too, with not a lot of talkers or texters. They do roll up the carpets early in Warsaw, with the last showing usually starting 9-10 pm. read more

My family and I drove 45 minutes to enjoy a movie at this theater only to be told when we arrived that a private organization had bought all of the tickets, but that information was not on their website. read more

My family and I were visiting from out of town and decided to go out to see a movie. This was the closest movie theater to where we were staying. The parking lot was full of enormous potholes that if I drove over, would have swallowed my car. Then, once inside, the multitude of employees ranging in ages behind the counter failed to even greet us. We paid for our tickets and refreshments (which included two Icees). We were handed two cups. We realized we had to fill them ourselves, but the Icee machine was nowhere in sight. An employee begrudgingly instructed us that it was around the corner. The Icees were not even frozen, they were just foamy syrup, but we wanted to make our movie and had an antsy toddler with us, so we made our way to the theater. I decided to grab a booster seat from the hallway for my toddler and every single one was sticky and/or covered in crusted on food. Overall, for the price we pay to see a movie, this was a highly disappointing experience. I feel bad for anyone that has to frequent this theater. read more

They don't have Starbucks and wouldn't let me bring it in, and quite frankly they were very unprofessional and rude, lame.

Typical small-town cinema with several screens that offer the latest flicks. I desperately wanted a break from piano-ing and lo and behold, Monsters University! (Very fun film, BTW.) Didn't purchase any snacks or drinks, so can't say if the prices reflect most theatres' enormously jacked-up $$ or if they're better value for the money. The seats in my theatre were comfy and the sound system wasn't better or worse than other theatres I've visited (yes, I take note of that -- I'm a musician!). Locals will probably want to get to the theatre earlier than later in order to secure a parking spot and decent seat. read more

Decent Theatre... It does what you want... Shows movies, and it's fairly clean!

The staff was very chatty among themselves. They ignored us. They didn't give us our waters. Everything is very overpriced for the quality.There were no lights on before the movie in the theater, making it extremely hard to find seats. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the movie on the theater beside us. The movie was supposed to start at 2:45 and at that time, there weren't any previews to watch while waiting. Just watched a movie here. Great theatre! My family and I ordered 3 slushy's, 1 Pepsi, and 1 large popcorn all great concessions food for affordable movie theatre prices. My favorite part were FREE REFILLS!! Love that part soo much!! The staff was great, they were nice and helpful. I recommend this movie theatre if you want to see the latest movies out there! read more

Decent theatre. Great prices. A bit smaller but that's ok.

They've put in new seats which is great. The arm rests flip up now and the seats lean back slightly. Very comfortable. Plenty of leg room. The sound system sounds much better than it has in the past. The staff is friendly. Overall a clean comfortable theater. read more

Eww. From the moment we walked in the theater, we wanted to walk out. This theater is comparable to the dollar theater I went to as a kid. The floors were sticky and the seats, stained. I will go to Fort Wayne next time I want to ENJOY a movie. read more

My husband and I were the only ones in the theatre. The picture stopped four times, then the frame it stopped on would 'stutter' repeatedly while making a horrible loud noise. After leaving the theater I went to where you get your tickets to ask to speak to the manager (to tell them of the problem with the projector) and then to the concession stand but no one knew where the manager on duty was. Finally, I was told to speak to a woman who was standing where they take your ticket stub. She never greeted me and basically said "what's wrong?" I told her about the problem with the projector and she said they would check it out. Never said "thank you", never offered a refund for the lousy experience. If you like being treated like a second class citizen,being spoken to rudely and getting a bad experience for a ridiculous amount of money, this is definitely the place for you. We are never going back. read more

The best popcorn ever!! Clean theater, comfortable seating. Friendly staff my favorite place to see a movie in Indiana.

Nothing special. OK if you are just wanting to see a movie , but for an actual date night out with a new movie, better to drive to Fort Wayne. read more
