Brian in service was polite and empathetic - always good service. Had Tia (sp) work my deal and was patient with how many vehicles I wanted to see and test drive. Manager treated me fair on my trade and the deal. Finance guy was fair and knew all of the details of their program. Tia was on it with the same. Everyone was patient, polite and friendly. There about 4 hours but they offer you water and snack. Left happy and cruising in something we really like. Nothing like a Cadillac! Nice job Flow!

The system was down that day, but everyone was very accommodating to me and my one year-old daughter when I got home the next day I noticed around my back tire a piece of plastic was poking out, you can imagine how upset I was immediately thinking it was something they did. They told me to bring it to them and the sales Director. ROBBIE CASPER Was amazing they showed me where it had been like that but apparently the car dealership I bought it from had rigged it to where it was barely holding on Robbie went and got clips that originally were missing from my car out of his garage and put them on my car to make the piece stay in place. They didn't charge me anything and was so nice. They did not have to do that but they have no idea how that wonderful gesture and taking care of something that no one else would and they didn't do might I add, changed my whole day! Very grateful for good people

A DEALERSHIP service department that SAVES you money? That is a new and wonderful experience for us. We went on our lunch date very happy. The app gives you updates on your appointment and Lonnie called us when it was ready. We picked it up, no bad surprises and he even applied a coupon for me! I walk in and I am greeted by Ryan who was pleasant for an early morning serving. Ryan pulled up my reservation and confirmed my requested service and happily added an additional requests for me. Ryan gave me the anticipated total and I was off to the waiting area. The seating is actually pretty comfortable which helps when you have to hunker down and spend a couple to a few hours with them. There is a TV and a beverage bar, but I am usually super happy looking at the newer MINIs or sitting down rocking out to the iHeart radio playlist. Mixture of 80s 90s with a sprinkle of current. I pretty much know every song that comes through. lol The customer service team comes in and most speak when passing by the waiting area. Not offended, but it would be nice for everyone to at least acknowledge. They KNOW we are spending a pretty penny here (thanks BMW ). Aaaannnnnyyyyway!!!! I have zero grievances with my service. I trust that the technicians know the vehicle and will do what is best. Which leads to a very nice touch which is the technician's personal video uploaded to you via text----introducing themselves to you as the one who has serviced your vehicle and they begin to show you recommended areas for repair opportunity . They take the time to actually show you and explain the issue telling you whether it is urgent or can wait until next service. To me, that service is invaluably top notch. I've never encountered a run around with my service, never had to return the vehicle because something was not done properly. As long as the service remains consistent, I have no reason to seek out another service center. Kudos for taking the BEST care of my Pepa Flow MINI Winston Salem!!!!

Showed up this morning at 8am (the time of my appointment) with my truck, and Robert comes out looking at me as if he has no idea what anyone is doing there. I explain to him that I had an appointment, and he says "I dont care if you had an appointment or not. I dont work on anything older than a '97 (if I remember correctly) and I'm definitely not going to stop what I'm doing to work on THAT." I tried to tell him again: "but over the phone you told me tht you could change the oil, all you need is a little time and grease gun, you scheduled me an appointment, I took time out of my day for this." to which he said: "Well, I lied to you." You may have more luck with this guy with a newer car. But dont ever expect him to hold his appointments or tell the truth about what he can and can't do.
