On Sunday, an enormous tree came down upon our business. Steve's crew came out immediately. They laid down boards to prevent damage as they drove their equipment over the grounds. They came very prepared, with a cherry picker, a clam, chipper, etc. They also cleaned very nicely. In fact, you could barely tell that a tree had come down once they were finished. In about three hours, they were finished. Steve and his crew were friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for small or large jobs. I was very impressed with what they did and how they did it.

I did, and every day before the check got mailed to him he was asking me when the check would be to him. this was a big red flag but I didn't see it. after he received my money, I didn't hear from him again until I reached out to him asking when he was coming to do our landscaping. he lied through his teeth every step of the way. he sent text message after text message to me saying he was going to come and get it done, but he never finished the job, and now wont send back the rest of my deposit. Do not do business with these guys. you will get burned like my wife and I did.

We have an old Amur Maple in our yard and it was looking anemic last summer. This spring, before…read morethe tree leafed out, I called Pine to Palm and Chris took a sample of the branches. The sample came back with two fungal issues so the decision was to prune heavily. A quote was prepared but when the arborists got into the higher branches, they discovered much of the tree was actually dead. It is a tree in the neighbourhood of 70 - 80 years so we decided to take the tree back to bare main trunks and remove all of the canopy. This will leave us a great structure to build a treehouse for our young grandchildren. Although we lost the tree, it will be useful for a treehouse and still has a great shape to fill the corner of our yard. Great service, good value for our money, knowledgeable and willing to help us make a new plan in the loss of a tree. Thanks Chris and crew.
